Great location to see something in Nashville besides Broadway

Walking distance to great breakfast places, local bars and shops. Stop 3 for Hop on/hop off bus walking distance away. 5 min drive to 12th Ave S, which is another great neighborhood. Easy/inexpensive Uber ride to Broadway. Needs some hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, clothes, etc.

Great location

The unit is in a great location, within walking distance to desirable restaurants and shops. Broadway is only a 15 minute drive (excluding traffic). Clean and stocked with everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back!

Clean, beautiful unit, lovely area

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was beautiful with great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Proximity to Vandy and Belmont, as well as all Nashville has to offer. The unit was extremely clean and simply and tastefully decorated. Quiet at night, perfect for a couple or family. Comfortable beds and upgraded showers/bathrooms. Thank you for a great week!

Location!

Great location! Walked to dinner and breakfast. Minutes from 3 colleges was an ideal place to stay while touring with our daughter. Loved the king bed, was very comfortable. Parking easy! Owner was very helpful and accommodating. Would stay here again.

Girls Weekend

Perfect location! Easy to walk to the shops and to breakfast! Minutes to various parts of Nashville (12South, The Gulch, Midtown, Germantown, & Downtown! Just the right amount of space in the bedrooms and living room. Comfortable beds. Great parking. It was everything we were needing and wanting.

ER close by!

Sad to say we needed the ER but it was nice that it was close by the VRBO. Hubby ruptured a disc in his back and the pain was unbearable. Valet parking was FREE at Vandy ER too! But really, the shapes and restaurants near by are perfect and the house had what we needed to cook when we did not want to eat out. Beds were comfortable as well.Would stay here again.

Great spot just blocks from my apartment senior year. Hillsboro Village always great. The set up of this place was ideal to share with old roommates. Excellent beds. Fantastic host.

Great Place and Service

Highly recommend this great renovated place near Vanderbilt and walkable to eateries, bars and brunch places. Molly was an excellent host and the logistics to arrive and leave were simple. Molly also helped find my daughter’s iPad which saved us tremendously. Recommend one books this place when they come to Nashville

Spotless cozy excellent location!

We booked based on location (walking distance to Vanderbilt stadium). We ended up with a cozy gem! Spotless and super comfy beds. We were able to walk to great breakfasts & burgers, shopping, and late night ice cream. Dedicated parking place a huge plus!

Cozy place in great location

The king beds were top notch and a highlight of the accommodations! Location was excellent, many places to walk to. Weather was excellent so we were able to walk to downtown…best day ever! My two girlfriends and I stayed for a short girls trip in Nashville.

We would stay here again

The house was clean and Molly was very quick to respond to emails. The neighborhood was great! Lots of shops and places to eat within walking distance. The only reason we gave it 4 stars is because we asked if we could check in early or just have a place to leave our luggage because our flight arrived at 10:30 but checkin was 3. We were told they could accommodate the request for an additional $150 and a 5 star review. Like I said, we would stay here again but I didn’t want to spend an additional $150 for luggage storage and give a 5 star review before ever having actually been in the home. We ended up finding a place to store our luggage until we could check in so it all worked out fine. Also, we were afraid our flight may get cancelled due to weather and asked if we could stay another night. Molly quickly responded and said they could accommodate the request if need be which was a relief.
