Great space and location! We loved the hot tub and outdoor space! The home had everything you would need to enjoy your stay… household products (laundry and dish detergent), kitchen tools, bathroom products. It was one of the best vacation rental experiences I’ve had!

Amazing cottage w/ hot tub and grill

We had an amazing stay here and used the hot tub and grill every day that we were there. So cozy and clean and so many fun things to do around the area too with some delicious restaurants, a grocery store, and gas station close by too

We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this property. The location was outstanding: close enough to downtown Nashville to get anywhere quickly, while also being convenient to Percy Priest Lake, the airport, grocery stores, restaurants, and just about anything else you might need. It made getting around incredibly easy. Ample parking made it easy to get in and out.The home itself was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. It had everything we needed for our stay, and it was clear the owners put thought into making guests feel at home. The check in/out process was extremely easy and the owners were available to answer and questions we had.The only suggestion we would offer to make an already excellent property even better would be to have a dehumidifier running, particularly during the summer months. There was a slight musty smell when we first arrived, which we suspect was simply a result of Nashville’s heat and humidity this time of year. It wasn’t a major issue and didn’t detract from our stay, but it’s something that could make the home feel even fresher for future guests.Overall, this was an excellent experience, and we would happily stay here again.
