Family of 4 very pleased. Great hot tub & pool!!

Room was big and comfortable bed etc ac was nice and cool. Bathroom ok. Pool and hot tub super refreshing - that was the reason we stayed. Would recommend and stay again!!

A favorite place to stay in Murfreesboro. Clean, modern, in room safes, conveniently located, super friendly helpful staff. A great selection of shopping from quick in & out stores, to fine dining & upscale shops. The area is beautiful to boot. Try them, I promise you won’t be disappointed

The hotel was nice & clean. My room was damp & musty. Had to run the AC below 68 to keep the smell down. Staff very friendly. If you came back late at night (around 10 pm) the parking lot was full & you had no place to park.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel in günstiger Verkehrslage

Wir waren direkt nach unserer Landung von Nashville auf dem Weg nach Lynchburg und hatten ein Hotel auf dem Weg gesucht...hatten keine allzu hohen Ansprüche, sauber und ruhig sollte es sein. Das Comfort Suites hat unsere Erwartungen in jeglicher Hinsicht übertroffen. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit 2 queen beds gebucht - sehr geräumige Zimmer mit separater Sitzecke. Die Zimmer selbst als auch der Nassbereiche haben mit anstandsloser Sauberkeit gepunktet - wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und das Hotel ohne Einschränkungen auch guten Freunden weiterempfehlen!! Nach dem Aufenthalt ist das "Comfort Suites" allgemein bei uns (Ehepaar, beide Ende 30), nicht nur in Murfreesboro, sondern vielmehr auf USA Landesebene eine der ersten Optionen geworden in Sachen Hotelunterbringung auf der Durchreise!!

Not so great

(1) Hotel building was fairly new (2) Got back to room at 10PM and room had not been cleaned. Asked front desk to have it cleaned and they offered to only give me some towels. Demanded a new room and they gave me one on the same floor but I had to move everything myself in the middle of the night. No apology from staff ?? (3) staff hanging around the side door outside for a long time (4) cleaning staff had their babies with them while cleaning the rooms rolling their cribs around with them. Very noisy and obviously not doing their job.... (5) left my name & number for Manager and no call back ......Lousy customer service....... (6) TV did not work the first night and the front desk person had to come up and fix it......

My preferred hotel in Murfreesboro

Was welcomed with a smile and all the details were taken care of. The room was clean and quiet whole night. After staying at several locations in Murfreesburo this is now my preferred place to stay.

Visiting MTSU

I was visiting MTSU for work and this hotel was great. Very nice, good location on a main road near lots of restaurants/gas stations/stores/etc., and only about a 10 minute drive to MTSU.

Very disappointed

Room was not ready when we arrived although they did give us another room. In our room, the carpet was coming up from the floor, there was toothpaste on the bathroom wall, sticky substance on the lamp base. We stayed there in the past and the experience was better, it seems the hotel has gone down.

Not worth the money...

I found long hairs on the wall of the shower when I went to take my shower the first morning. When I went to make coffee, I found the leftovers from the previous guest still in the pot. The carpet throughout the common areas was soiled and visibly stained. I found the hot tub to not be functioning. The heater was broken. I reported this to front desk. The next evening, the fire alarm was activated after someone had tried to fix the heater. Hot tub was never usable during my stay but at least the building did not burn. My first morning, there were no forks available for the breakfast bar. Staff had no solution other than to say they were expecting a truck. All the forks, spoons and knives (when available) were inserted in the cup holders handle first. Meaning that the eating ends were touched by everyone that was trying to get an utensil. The food was exactly what you would expect for free. Edible but not at all good. My room had a faint musty smell to it. This facility is something that I would expect at half the price and not the price paid.

Nice Hotel

This was a nice hotel overall. The hotel was clean and all of the staff I met were friendly and helpful. The suite was smaller than other suite-style hotels I've stayed at, but larger than a traditional room. The room seemed clean upon entry - nothing fancy - but was just fine for us. There were a few little things that keep me from rating this hotel 5 stars. First, we arrived 90+ minutes after check in but the room wasn't ready. We didn't wait long but I believe others did. I'm guessing that they were short on cleaning crew as our suite was also only partially cleaned during the day. They took up the dirty towels but didn't replace with clean towels and didn't empty the overflowing trash. Also, the parking lot and stalls were really small. Larger vehicles have to take up multiple spaces and by evening there were only a couple of very small spaces left - even for my compact car. These weren't big issues for me and I'd stay there again since it seemed the nicest affordable option in the area.

We have stayed in several different hotels in Murfreesboro over the last 5 years. I'm so happy that we decided on Comfort Suites this year. The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, the breakfast was great, & the staff members where courteous & friendly. We will definitely stay here again & again. Great place!!! I have nothing negative to say at all about our stay!

Nice stay. Newer hotel in shopping area. Room was fresh and clean. Bed was comfortable. Warm continental breakfast. Will stay here again on our way to Atlanta.

Hotel was in a convenient location, but their accounting in regards to billings needs to be updated. The front desk associates need to learn their systems and programming on how customers are billed and charged.
