We are home to Reece Witherspoons store Draper James , and Holly Williams store Whites Mercantile .     12South is one of Nashville’s hottest neighborhoods, and it’s growing like crazy! With that growth comes a little hustle and bustle, so you may hear or see some of the action during your stay. Think construction, neighborhood events, live music, busy streets, and the occasional sounds of Nashville life!
    You’re staying right in the heart of 12South, which means you’re close to all the coffee shops, restaurants, bars, boutiques, and fun that make this neighborhood so popular. The trade-off? Sometimes the neighborhood can be lively!
    Please keep in mind that we cannot control noise, construction, private or public events, or other activity happening outside of the building. This is a multifamily community, and building ownership manages the amenities, common areas, and shared spaces.
    We’ll take care of everything we can control inside your apartment to make sure it’s clean, comfortable, and ready for a great Nashville stay.

We absolutely loved this stay. The host was incredibly accommodating for us and made everything a breeze. The location is perfect. This will be a regularly spot for us every time we are in Nashville.

This property was in a great location! Walkable to great restaurants, bars, and shops. Just a short ride to downtown, too! The property is clean and had great amenities for the stay.

This property is in a perfect location! There a shops and restaurants all around within walking distance. The property manager was very responsive to my questions which made checking in and out a seamless process. I would definitely stay again!

Great Staycation!!

We've wanted to stay at this location for a long time. This is a perfect area because it's only a short distance to downtown Nashville and other landmarks. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely rent here again.

Super cute apartment in the heart of 12 South. Lots to do and central to everything Nashville has to offer! The apartment is well maintained and has everything you’ll need, down to the coffee creamer. We stayed for 3 nights and loved it!

12th Avenue South

We had a quick weekend for Thanksgiving. The place was quiet but located close to restaurants and shops. The place was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. We had some difficulty with the lock but the host was very helpful. Would stay there again.

Nashville visit

Beautiful, comfortable, quiet & safe stay!! I was by myself to visit my son at Belmont. I loved being in the middle of restaurants & good shopping and also having the ability to walk to campus. Perfect location. Will choose to stay here again!

Great location

Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on and I am not usually a fan of soft beds lol. The location was perfect. Communications was great.
