We love the location of this property. It was well-maintained and clean. The bed and bedding was so comfortable. Wish I could have taken it home with me. The host had excellent communication. Directions were very clear. The unit is on a top level with many stairs (30) to access it. Anyone with mobility issues could likely have difficulty with this. Parking was not a problem whatsoever, even with a busy Halloween weekend. I would definitely recommend this property for a couple, but not really younger children.

The host was so responsive to everything. Any message I sent they literally would respond within a couple of minutes. Our VRBO was beautiful, it was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. My daughter and I had a great day and will probably try to get this property again.

Excellent all around

The property, the location and the property manager were all excellent! We even extended our stay for 3 days because we were enjoying it so much. 18 days in total and we didn't even get cabin fever. If we felt cooped up, we opened the doors to the balcony, went for a walk in the neighborhood and visited the beautiful park or headed downtown Nashville. Great people and great property! we visit often and will stay again when we do.

A GEM in the heart of Nashville!

Location, location, location! Safe, fun, family-friendly neighborhood with a great vibe. Within walking distance of so many amazing restaurants and shops. A 10-minute Uber to everything else. Well-appointed, clean and spacious - perfect for our mother/daughter trip but would also work for couples, single travelers and more. Enjoyed watching all the action from our balcony. Loved the extra touch of local coffee and a French press! Scarlett and Mark were informative, helpful hosts. As a former Nashvillian, I APPROVE and will DEFINITELY make this a repeat stay when I'm in town.

I have stayed at this property with my family several times throughout the years and have always had a wonderful experience. The units are clean, comfortable, and convenient to the best neighborhoods in Nashville. Highly recommend booking!

The apartment was great!! Location, cleanliness, in unit washer & dryer …. Awesome!Only note I have - and I may have missed it - is to be aware there is no elevator so bringing all your luggage up the many stairs may be a factor. We would definitely stay here again!!
