Classic 12 South Bungalow

This classic 3 bedroom, 1920's bungalow is located in the 12 South neighborhood, just an easy walk from many shops, bars, and restaurants. The house has 3 bedrooms which includes a spacious king suite and bath upstairs, while two queen bedrooms share a common bath downstairs. If your group needs more room, there is an attached studio at the back of the house that we also rent (extra $200/nt), which includes a king bed and kitchenette. It's called the 12 South Cottage.
**Please note: The main house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and is priced as such. The house has beautiful hard wood floors throughout. This charming home is in the heart of the 12 South area, a short walk from Belmont and Vanderbilt.

This accommodation is perfect for larger groups. If six, then the main house is perfect. If eight persons, then the cottage adds an additional space that gives one couple a private entrance and space, including a kitchen.
