We were passing through and wanted to spend a day in Nashville and this location worked well for that. The description and pics are accurate of this property. I found the host very responsive and check-in was efficient. The property was also clean with all necessary amenities. Due to these facts, it deserves 5 stars. Other observations of the property include the following. 1. Google Maps doesn't identify the exact location of the property, it is actually "behind" the condos on 26th Ave., so we spent a good 10 minutes walking around the block trying to find it!2. The neighborhood, as of March 2025 is seemingly in a transition phase: there are plenty of other new condos, a coffee shop, and a Thai restaurant...but if you were to take a walk to the north of the property, there are some rougher properties that I am not sure I would want to walk through at night. To be clear, we never felt threatened, the parking lot is well lit, but if you enjoy walking to "see the area," perhaps go elsewhere.3. As mentioned in other comments, to see any of the local attraction, a ride is required. Even Centennial Park is hard to walk to despite it being less than a mile away. All this to say, the property is as advertised, the owner was very responsive, and my family had an overall nice stay in Nashville here.
