Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations, especially for the price and how the listing was presented.The front door has an automated electronic lock, but when locked it does not pull the door tightly shut and could easily be opened, which raised safety concerns. One of the front windows also does not lock, and it appears it may have been damaged or forced open at some point.Cleanliness was another major issue. We spilled something on the kitchen floor and went to wipe it up—our rag came up black, which made it clear the floors in the main living area had not been properly cleaned in quite some time. The upstairs shower tile was also visibly dirty, and one of the duvet covers on the upstairs king bed had stains on it, which was unpleasant and concerning.The layout and furnishings did not match the listing. The listing showed a sectional sofa that would have accommodated our group well, but the unit actually only had one small couch, which was not functional for group seating. The kitchen is extremely small—very much a one-person kitchen—making it difficult for a group to cook or spend time together.None of the bedrooms have curtains, which made sleeping difficult. Additionally, when security is working nearby, red and blue lights flash throughout the night and shine directly into the bedrooms.This is clearly a corporate-managed unit rather than a family- or personally-owned property, and communication reflected that.
