Perfect home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The property owners were amazing. Very attentive and very accommodating. They answered all questions immediately. The home was clean and as advertised. I highly recommend for any family that is traveling.

The location is fantastic. Kroger is walking distance away. Nice residential streets to walk down to Vanderbilt, Belmont, and parks. The house has a nice layout with a big open living room/dining room/kitchen area. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor. A fourth bedroom and a landing are upstairs. We were disturbed when we saw significant water damage to the ceiling drywall in the living room. Visible stains, cracking, separated drywall paper, and bubbling were all visible. There appears to have been prolonged moisture exposure. Even more disturbing was that the property "team" knew of the water leak and damage and still rented the house on VRBO. Our daughters complained of inflammation and allergies which they believed were related to environmental conditions. But I'm no expert. Water pressure in the bathrooms was very minimal downstairs. Unfortunately, despite the positives we will not be returning here.

Family Wedding Weekend

This home was the perfect place for our family this weekend. We met our grown children in Nashville and brought my 86 year old mother in law to our nieces wedding. This property is clean, attractive, spacious and an absolutely perfect location. The owner texted me to make sure everything was okay when we got there. All the beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well stocked for the basics. This is a definite do over for us!

Comfortable beds and free parking.

Beautiful property. The fourth bedroom, which is upstairs has a living room and a bathroom and a separate heating and air conditioning control. The master bedroom bath has a beautiful lighted vanity. Host kind enough to leave some coffee pods and ground coffee. A short two blocks to the Kroger‘s. There is one restaurant near Kroger‘s. Otherwise you’d need a car to get around. Very quiet location.

Amazing Property

This is a beautiful home. Very spacious, with updated kitchen and baths. It’s centrally located and an easy drive to the downtown area. We would highly recommend the property and Genevieve the property manager. First class experience!

great location and layout of home, clean linens not so much

We loved the layout, decor and location of this property. But the bed linens were not clean. Upon arrival, we had to wash all of our own bedding. It was all obviously dirty. The upper master even had a used kleenex in between the fitted and flat sheet! The pull out bed linens were nasty and clearly hadn't been washed. Other than that, it was a nice place and if the linens could be guaranteed to be clean, we would stay again. If you stay in the main level master, note there is no heat vent in that bathroom and it is cold!

A Perfect Large Group Getaway in Nashville's Hillsboro Village Our group of 8 adults and a pre-teen found this house to be an ideal home base for exploring Nashville. This property offers exceptional convenience and comfort. Its prime location just off the expressway provides easy access to two universities and is within walking distance of grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. The house itself exceeded our expectations. Completely updated and immaculately clean, it boasted 3 spacious bathrooms perfect for a large group getting ready for a night out. The off-street parking was a significant plus, offering easy access for our grandparents and ample space for multiple vehicles. Our host, Jen, was outstanding – responsive and attentive, promptly answering all of our questions. Her professionalism and the property's quality make us confident we would gladly book any of her other rentals. Considering the Nashville market, the pricing was extremely competitive, making this an excellent value for our large group accommodation. Whether you're visiting for universities, music, or just exploring Nashville, this property offers the perfect blend of comfort, location, and convenience.
