Very central location. Parking was the best. Great choice for those with mobility issues as there are three downstairs bedrooms and only the front steps to deal with otherwise.

Our host was very responsive to our questions about the stay! Home is in a great location for what we were planning to do - easy access to the highway and only a block away from grocery store. The house was very clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was well outfitted. Thank you!!

The house is warm and cozy and located in an easy accessible place to nice bars and eating places as well as a Kroger in walking distance. Very safe area! The house is updated, kitchen moderately stocked with cooking utensils, 4 bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses! Upstairs is very soundproof to rest of house. There 6 tvs in the house and no local channels, have to use own streaming accesses which we were a little ignorant of but fortunately my son helped us with that. That was really the only unexpected little glitch. I would definitely stay here again! Host is very punctual to answer when contacted!

Perfect home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The property owners were amazing. Very attentive and very accommodating. They answered all questions immediately. The home was clean and as advertised. I highly recommend for any family that is traveling.

The location is fantastic. Kroger is walking distance away. Nice residential streets to walk down to Vanderbilt, Belmont, and parks. The house has a nice layout with a big open living room/dining room/kitchen area. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor. A fourth bedroom and a landing are upstairs. We were disturbed when we saw significant water damage to the ceiling drywall in the living room. Visible stains, cracking, separated drywall paper, and bubbling were all visible. There appears to have been prolonged moisture exposure. Even more disturbing was that the property "team" knew of the water leak and damage and still rented the house on VRBO. Our daughters complained of inflammation and allergies which they believed were related to environmental conditions. But I'm no expert. Water pressure in the bathrooms was very minimal downstairs. Unfortunately, despite the positives we will not be returning here.

Family Wedding Weekend

This home was the perfect place for our family this weekend. We met our grown children in Nashville and brought my 86 year old mother in law to our nieces wedding. This property is clean, attractive, spacious and an absolutely perfect location. The owner texted me to make sure everything was okay when we got there. All the beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well stocked for the basics. This is a definite do over for us!

Comfortable beds and free parking.

Beautiful property. The fourth bedroom, which is upstairs has a living room and a bathroom and a separate heating and air conditioning control. The master bedroom bath has a beautiful lighted vanity. Host kind enough to leave some coffee pods and ground coffee. A short two blocks to the Kroger‘s. There is one restaurant near Kroger‘s. Otherwise you’d need a car to get around. Very quiet location.
