The stay was great! The location is nice! A little warm in the bedroom third floor. The tubing for the air conditioner kept falling out of the window.

We loved the property and how secure it was. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Originally we thought there was only a French Press for making coffee. I had to Google how to use one. Unfortunately my husband discovered there was a regular drip coffee pot and a Keurig under the counter on our last day.

Perfect location

If you are looking for a place where it’s not in the middle of Nashville bars but yet close enough to go visit so many amazing places in Nashville. Cashville is the place!! Check-in was easy! It was nice and clean and Mark was great as well. I am a local but had family from Texas come and visit and my place was not big enough. So I rented Cashville and it was perfect for 6 of us. Will definitely be staying here for the next group of family when they come to visit.

Great home

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The building was quiet, the area was beautiful and the home met our needs perfectly. Our only complaint was finding a contact lens (none of us wear contacts) in the king sheets which did bring up some concerns about washing the bedding between guests.

I loved the property decor and the safety of all the lock codes! Also great response time on all questions I had! Allowed early check-in, late check-out and baggage storage just an overall GREAT experience! Unfortunately we had a cold rainy weekend so my only suggestion would be some throw blankets for the living room!

Very Nice Property near Vandy

The ONLY reason i did not give it a 5-star, and this is totally out of the host's control, the microwave decided to not work which made warming up food and coffee challenging. Now this part is something the host should consider changing. The request to strip the beds, start a load of laundry, throw away the trash, was a bit much, I have never been asked to do either at any property. I was ok with it, but not thrilled.

Nice place for a short vacation

This was a nice property for our family, the only thing I wish it would have had was a dining table so we could have ate together since there’s no real dining area. If we had more staying with us I’m not sure how everyone would have been able to sit and eat at the same time. Communication was great with property manager, I would recommend this to others as well.

Wonderful Stay

We are Nashville residents and wanted to a home away from home after the holidays and we loved our stay here! Very clean and loved the 3 levels and personal walkway to the garage! Hosts were very quick with responding to any questions we had! Would stay here again!

Thanksgiving Celebration Stay

We celebrated Thanksgiving with family in Nashville & then stayed the weekend to share a Nashville experience with our son's girlfriend who had not vacationed in Nashville. Great location! We thrifted, enjoyed shopping, Country Music Hall of Fame, & downtown experience! We would definitely recommend this condo. Very clean & great location!

Family visit

The property is in a great location for downtown fun! We were there for a football game and to see family that live in Nashville. The property was clean, easy to get to, a nice neighborhood, close to Vanderbilt and downtown. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing stay

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The access to the house was great, it was extremly convient to move from the garage to the house. The house was clean and large enough for our family. It had everything we could possibly need and more. The location was also stelar as it was walking distance from a bunch of great places and the neighborhood was pleasant.

Great place for the whole family

We decided last minutes to make a stop in Nashville on our way home from Florida. This rental was the best place. Just a short burner ride to downtown. Very clean and spacious. LOTS of stairs, so don’t recommend for older people. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Fun stay in CASHville

Overall the stay was wonderful. The location is less than a 15 minute drive to get downtown and tons of wonderful restaurants and other tourist attractions nearby. It was also super convenient to have two underground parking spots available. And it was decorated with a fun theme. And having 3 floors was a plus with a bigger group, those sleeping upstairs couldn’t hear the noise from those hanging out in the living room area on the main floor. Management was also very responsive. Would stay again my next time in Nashville!

Great weekend getaway

The description of the property was spot on. Great location. Everything we needed was available. Management was great at responding to questions and so timely. Easy Uber to Broadway. Quiet neighbors. We would use the property again if back in Nashville. So thankful we found this spot. Do not hesitate to book!
