  • Welcome to Carriage House A, a spacious and beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath Nashville retreat with a unique connection to Music City history. This property was once owned by country music legend Chet Atkins, giving your stay a special Nashville story all its own.

    Tucked away in the private carriage house behind the main home, this 1,100 sq. ft. condo offers much more space than a typical Nashville rental. With 9-foot ceilings, oversized bedrooms, and a large, comfortable living room, there’s plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day exploring the city.

    The home has been recently remodeled with an updated, comfortable interior while retaining the character that makes the property unique. Guests also enjoy a full-size washer and dryer, making it especially convenient for longer stays.

    One of the biggest perks is one free designated parking space in the garage adjacent to the unit—a valuable convenience when staying near the heart of Nashville.

Very quiet neighborhood. Walking around was lovely. The property is exactly perfect for 4. Parking was only concern - the garage parking is tight.

Our stay in Nashville was wonderful thanks to this property being easy and centrally located. We chose it, in part, because it has parking, which was covered and right out our door. Another reason we selected it is because of the comfy seating in the living room. We were visiting our daughter who has a small apartment so it was great that all 6 of us had a place to sit around when we weren't out and about in Nashville. Since we will be returning to Nashville often to visit our daughter, I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect space for us! Neighborhood was beautiful and close to everywhere we wanted to visit. The garage/carport was an added plus. The only negative thing I will say is the trash area in back was a mess. Definitely will stay here again!

Amazing stay

The property was amazing and so quaint but spacious. It was clean and well kept. I would stay here again and highly recommend for location and ease of traveling the city and downtown.

Home was very clean, well stocked, great location. Owner very attentive and liked secured parking. Only one suggestion, the bedrooms need better access to the outlets by bedside and at dresser.

Great Location and Lovely Home

We had such a wonderful time visiting Nashville, largely in part because of our experience in our VRBO. We loved the place itself as everything was clean and stocked with everything we needed during our stay, but just as exciting was the location. And free covered parking in the heart of downtown?!??! What a treat!!! Highly recommend staying here!

Great Place

The carriage house is located in a great location 5 min away from the madness of Broadway. The apartment is very roomy and has all the essentials needed to be comfortable. The hosts were easily accessible and very helpful .We will be returning, we loved it!

The property is beautiful, crazy clean and over stocked with all you will ever need! The location is prefect, close to everything! The communication with the host is instant and easy! No stress, just a perfect place to stay. 10/10! Please stay here!
