  • Our nearly 1100 sqft 2nd floor condo in a secured building gives you the space you expect and the convenience of everything downtown and then some!

    Step outside and WALK to everything Broadway, Bridgestone or the Ryman in 5 short minutes. Nissan Stadium is <1 mi.

    Located truly the heart of Nashville, our 1 bedroom condo (but with 1 king sized and 1 queen sized bed) will be everything you need during your Nashville adventures! Free coffee, washer and dryer in-unit as well.

    The spacious layout of this condo allows the bedroom and murphy bed to be as separate as possible with the bedroom being at the front of the condo and murphy bed being at the windows.

    Free covered parking right next to the building (1 car only).

Amazing loft, amazing location, amazing host! Very clean and comfortable. Building is very secure. The on site parking is a huge bonus! Shawn was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay when visiting Nashville! Clean well stocked apartment. Secure check in with key code entry for main doors, elevator, and apartment. Included parking was a major bonus. Parking structure is right next door and easy access. Nice if your driving to other locations although we mostly walked or grabbed a ride share. Close to Broadway and Printers Alley (Skulls is a must stop for a night cap). We had a great time and really appreciated the apartment, it amenities, and location!

Perfect place for our 4 night stay exploring the area. With the exception of the “out of order” balcony, the well laid out flat was clean, beds comfortable and location central. We had no trouble sleeping & found the neighborhood quiet and safe. We navigated the Wego bus system smoothly in addition to using Uber when appropriate. Shaun was an excellent & communicative host.

Wonderful loft in downtown Nashville

We loved the loft experience and the location is perfect to enjoy the music venues, museums, and the great food in Nashville.

My sister n law, niece and I came to see the Dolly Musical and explore Nashville. Shaun's condo was safe, clean, roomy, and had everything we needed and then some! It's walking distance to Broadway and many restaurants and stores.

Great 2 night trip

Property was perfect and as described. Great location - short walk to Broadway. Host Shaun gave Great instructions and gave quick responses. We will stay here again.

Perfect location

Very central location and nice property. It would be best for just one couple given the single bedroom but the space worked well for the 4 of us with the pull out couch. Felt very safe and secure and the unit was very well cared for.

Wife’s Birthday

The property was close to everything we needed. We enjoyed walking around the city and visiting the different businesses. The condo was open and quiet for sleeping. Having the place to relax and enjoy some down time was just what we needed.

Great location, awesome space

The loft has a great set up, very open feeling and clean. Great location, easy walk to Nissan Stadium, Broadway, etc. Parking was very close and easy. Shaun was easy to communicate with.

Perfect Location

This is the perfect spot for your trip to Nashville. The location is amazing and the apartment was clean and equipped with everything you could need. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would happily book this again for any future trip to Nashville.

We had a fantastic stay at this one-bedroom, one-bathroom VRBO in Nashville. The unit was spotless and well taken care of, which made it easy to settle in right away. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, including Broadway, restaurants, and entertainment. Communication from the manager was clear, fast, and helpful, which made the whole process smooth from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again!
