  • A spacious house with lots of relaxing space for travelers. Located just 30 minutes from Downtown Nashville, 10 min from MTSU, 4 min from shopping mall, 3 min from interstate. Has a Indoor and outdoor patio with a fire pit and TV with couches. This house is perfect for visitors and families staying in historic Murfreesboro. Wood floors throught. Granite tops. All bedrooms have a TV. 6 TVs total in the house.

The house was exactly as pictured and everyone had plenty of room. The owner was wonderful at responding to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place, spacious with amenities, updated kitchen

Nice place to stay in Murfreesboro. We came to town for a funeral and the host was accommodating and friendly.

Nice little house off 96

The house was clean and check in was easy. Finding the house was a breeze and it is just down the street from a Kroger.

The host was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. The kitchen and gathering room were nice. We had family over for a dinner. I was glad I brought my own cooking pots and pans. Very few to choose from. Had to pick up plastic cups as there were only 2 glasses in the cabinets. Back yard was very nice and just mowed! When we arrived , there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and trash on the master sink. Easy fix, but worth mentioning.

Decent Spot in Murfreesboro

The location was great for where we wanted to be in Murfreesboro. Check-in was easy. The property however was not up to our cleanliness standards, not all trash cans were emptied from previous guests, coffee pot was dirty and some dishes in cupboards were dirty.

First our in time was 3pm i was told i couldn't get n until they finished cleaning after 4pm so i waited until 5pm could not unlocked the door so manager sent his father that had to open it with a key but once inside the louse smelled of mold The house had a mold smell to it. Every thing looked old and nasty, i wouldn't never try or recommended the place to no one

Property looks great in the pictures but is not in good condition. Numerous issues throughout including: heavily moldy shower curtain, Mismatch towels and washcloths, filthy floors, dirty couches, bed sheets and quilts wrinkled and stained, AC barely keeps the house cold, AC filter filthy, refrigerator leaks on the floor, stovetop cracked, dishes and utensils are a hodge-podge of misc parts, trash in the yard, pallets laid against the sunroom windows, garbage can 1/2 full, landscaping not maintained, and the list goes on.This COULD be a nice place, but the owner needs to invest in making it nice. Very disappointed in the condition of the property. If we weren’t having an event that was planned there, upon arrival we would have cancelled.

Large and comfy space

Roomy and comfortable house near Murfreesboro. Only issue was the floor that had not been swept clean. Pool table in the property description had been removed prior to our stay.
