This was the perfect space for a short girls weekend trip! Clean, quiet, and easily walkable to Midtown, the Gulch, and a short uber from Broadway. Highly recommend booking your stay with Christy!

Parking was great and free. We were on the ground floor room 101. It was clean and comfortable. Only issue we had was a short supply of hot water but we figured things out by day two. Christy gave great instructions. We had no troubles with the wifi or air/heat. We would stay here again.

This place was great a great location and if you don’t plan to be there much it would be perfect. Very clean with a comfy bed. The only reason we aren’t giving it more stars is due to noise. We were working while on vacation and it was very loud during the day so it was tough for our purposes.

The place was perfect — only a 6-minute drive to Broadway, with plenty of entertainment and restaurants within walking distance. It looked exactly like the pictures, felt very cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was great with communication both before our stay and on the day of check-in. We had no issues at all — everything was smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this place!

Very clean and well appointed condo. Christy was on top of everything from the moment I booked it. The only issue was the amount of noise pollution inside our unit. We were right across from the laundry but you could also hear the unit above. It’s in a remarkable area and well worth the nightly rate.

Apartment is way smaller than it looks in pictures and if you plan on cooking, don’t the stove pitches down and it’s very hard to cook. No space to eat no laundry in unit unit was clean but not ideal for a family.

Location was very easy to find and only 1.5 from music row on broadway. The apartment 202 was very clean and the bed and blankets were super comfy. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and utensils which is nice but there’s barely counter space so may need to use top of trash can or little stool as a flat area if needed but it’s cute!The balcony was nice and there were fire pits but unfortunately as much as I was looking forward to having a fire which I haven’t had in years, they did not work. I saw that there was a laundry feature and we had a decent amount of clothes we could have washed but there’s not any instruction to get into the laundry room so we had to leave with a bag of dirty clothes. The only real complaints I’ve had was that I wouldn’t book a floor level apartment. The whole time we were there, the room above us sounded like they were moving furniture all night, heavy heel walking and slamming things on the floor. Every morning, I was hoping to finally sleep in for a much needed break and around 630 am there’s the same thing. Around 8 am, the laundry room opens and the sound of an annoying fan whines and whines til about noon… really agitating when you spend money to go away and relax can’t. Overall it’s an extremely nice venue to stay! I feel safe there and the surrounding area so walking to explore for a day trip is top notch a thing to do since parking is so expensive and there is Lyft available everywhere in the city and cheap!
