Celebrated Christmas in Nashville. Kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, etc, allowing us to enjoy a wonderful Christmas dinner at the large dining table. With kids as young as 6 months old, I especially appreciated the baby gear including pack n play, high chair, baby gate, and baby bath so we didn’t have to worry about packing these things. Overall wonderful stay!

Perfect for Vandy Visit

This was our second stay at this wonderful home. The location is great for a visit to Vanderbilt! It is also an easy drive or Uber ride to downtown. The home is well-stocked, comfortable and very well-maintained. The owners, Dale and Tonya, are amazing! They are very attentive and great communicators. We are looking forward to returning.

Vanderbilt Hospital

Our 16 year old grandson was having hip replacement surgery at vanderbilt. The house provided us a place to stay under a mile to hospital . We left 15 minutes before check in and were able to go back and forth. Hospital allows for 2 visitors to stay overnight but really only 1 is comfortable so i was able to stay close by for the duration

Accurately Described and SUPERB management

We had a fabulous experience at this property. Nice area. Great location to “all of the things.” We would absolutely recommend booking this property. Super accommodating and VERY WELL stocked home with toiletries, snacks, coffee pods, kitchen supplies, etc. AWESOME!

Great location!!

We were there for a baseball tournament and the house was in a great location for us. Not right downtown Nashville which was nice, but not a far drive at all from broadway. Walking distance to parks and coffee.

Daughters 21st Birthday Celebration

Last weekend I took my daughter and her friends to Nashville for her 21st Birthday. There were 12 of us, we had an amazing time and the think that helped make the trip so amazing was staying at Tonya and Dale’s home. The house is stunning. We were all very comfortable and can’t say enough great things about Tonya and Dale. We were able to check in a little early and check out late. They also recommended Bach Babes and they did a great job decorating the house before we got there. If you are looking for a place to stay in Nashville this home ahis be number 1 on your list. It is in a very nice neighborhood, we felt safe the whole time we were there. I can go on and on about how fantastic everything was but you really should reserve the home and see for yourself.

This property was very well stocked and prepared for all to enjoy. The beds were comfortable. We loved the upstairs giant room and front porches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for our daughters Belmont graduation. Owners were very responsive and so with willing to please and help and accommodate.

Great Property in a Safe and Convenient Location

We had a group of 8 guys for an annual golf trip. We wanted a house, townhouse, or condo close to the city and Broadway but not in the middle of it. This location and the property were perfect for us. It is only about a 8-10 minute Uber ride to Broadway plus there are several restaurants and music venues within walking distance (The Local, Commodore Lounge, etc.). It is also in a very safe neighborhood. One requirement for us was to have a bed for everyone with minimal bunk beds. This home delivered that. Having only two bathrooms presented some challenges for 8 guys but we managed the shower and toilet use pretty well. For us the highlight was the front porch. We hung out there every night just catching up and we couldn’t have imagined a better spot for this. The owners were very flexible and accommodating and provided some nice treats for us in the fridge and on the counter. Probably the best owner encounter we’ve ever had with a VRBO owner. The only recommendation for any guests is to be sure you bring ear plugs. The road that runs along the side of the home is quite busy and can be noisy during rush hour in the AM but quiets down after the afternoon rush hour. We had ear plugs with us so this was not a problem at all. Overall, we highly recommend this property!

Widows are the New Bachelorettes!

We were a group of 7 women on a girls weekend and this house was a fantastic home base for us. It is in a nice residential neighborhood with walkable amenities and quiet neighbors. It is very close to Vanderbilt and an easy drive to all the fun places in Nashville. Dale and Tonya (our hosts) were absolutely fabulous and so accommodating. They had great recommendations for places to visit and things to do without being intrusive and they provided a lot of great amenities. They really did think of everything that would make the stay comfortable. I cannot recommend this property or these hosts more highly!

Family NYE 2022

Our family celebrates each new year with a destination vacation. This home was perfect for the 9 of us! We choose a home that accommodates our parents who are pushing 90! My sister and her family of 5! And me and my wife! My sister and her family found the upstairs perfect for her clan. The 2 downstairs bedrooms were perfect for our parents and the 2 of us. We still had the bunk bed room left over!The dining room/ living room was very comfortable and we loved the lazy Susan on the dining room table. The home is centrally located for a perfect Nashville experience! It was a quick Uber ride to the Nissan stadium to enjoy a Cowboys win! 10 minute drive to enjoy Broadway! We also enjoyed NYE at the Grand Ole Opry! The home has a very welcoming front porch and back deck. This was one of our favorite rental homes! Plenty of good eats as well! Martin's Bbq, BJs hot chicken, Pucketts, Maple Biscuit, and Biscuit Love!

Best Nashville Experience

I wish I could keep this short, but I want you to truly understand how incredible this property was. Not only was it beautiful and ACTUALLY CLEAN, the location was less than $10 for an uber/lyft to downtown. Walking was even easier. The yard and parking space was great, our kids could even play in the snow. You really felt like you were royalty in this castle. Now yes, the home is beautiful and spacious and perfectly located…what made this even better was the management. Check in was easy, Tonya and Dale were beyond responsive even to having suggestions of places to go and things to do etc. When we checked in there were snacks, drinks, they actually had some seasonings which we all know is helpful instead of having to do an ENTIRE SHOPPING LIST after driving hours. The icing on the cake for me at least was the fact that they went out of their way and got a Christmas tree ans decorated it and placed little wrapped boxes under the tree as well. Its the little things and people going above and beyond to make our trip easier and less stressful. I genuinely genuinely could not thank our hosts enough. This home and management team will make you want to come back. This booking was worth every penny and more!

Character and charm plus tons of amenities

Spent 5 nights for an early Thanksgiving for our family of 4 adults. This historical home is full of character and charm. I love historical homes and adored the original elements. Plenty of room to sleep, eat and gather. Place was clean and full of amenities. Cooking a traditional turkey, I was worried about how well the cooking items were stocked. The owner Dale not only answered he took a video! It made it so easy to plan and packing a breeze. Exceptional and responsive hosts and exceptional house. Pros: plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Well appointed. Gracious hosts. Comfortable beds in large bedrooms. Clean. Great location. 2 onsite parking places. Con: Being close to the medical center and on a corner, there is Emergency vehicle noise and some traffic noise. Did not interfere at all with our enjoyment of the house. Would definitely book again and highly recommend to others.

Wedding gathering

Great location with easy access to restaurants, other retail and interstate. House was very clean with little extras including snacks and shampoo. Nice deck that we enjoyed to just hang out. Fully equipped kitchen although we did not real cooking. If we’re back in Nashville we would rent same house…
