This was a great little getaway spot, especially if you are going to an event at Ramsey Solutions! Its less than a 5 minute walk! The rental was clean and very cozy. We had a group of 6 adults and 2 toddlers and we didn't feel cramped at all. The firepit was just right and the little creek behind was the perfect place for the tots to bloop rocks into the creek. Overall this was a fantastic place to stay!

Th house was very clean and we had every th ing we needed. The highchair and stroller were a lifesaver. The king bed NOT attached to the bathroom was broken when we arrived. The slats under the box spring were broke. I had sat down holding my baby and it made a loud noise.

Franklin excursion

This quaint home was perfect for our stay! The kitchen was well supplied as we cooked two wonderful meals and had all we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and well supplied. It was the perfect hub for day trips to Leipers Fork and Thompson Station. Would definitely stay here again.

Country Living in a Suburban location

The property location is great and it was nice to enjoy the outdoors dueing the day and fireflies at night.The vegetation looks nothing like the posted photos as it looks like it has not been maintained. There were areas that were not as accessible because of the overgrowth.The interior furniture and set up were comfortable, but the Roku tvs were outdated or slower than expected.Glad we stayed, just needs some TLC.

Cute Country Home

We enjoyed staying out in the country at this home for a wedding weekend in Franklin. We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of things and out of town. Host was great at communicating everything and we would definitely stay again.

A Little Country

Lovely little older bungalow set in the countryside with only an occasional neighbor driving by! Great street for a country walk! Very large yard for dogs or kids. Rocking chairs on front porch perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea! Appliance stocked kitchen. Close to highway. The downtown of Franklin is something out of a Thomas Kinkade painting! Some movies have actually been filmed there! The only suggestion we have is to consider putting lamps with adapters for phones on each side of bed in main bedroom. We will definitely stay here again.

Breathtaking Beauty

This property is a slice of heaven! Gorgeous views. We were so happy to be close to all the attractions of Franklin and Nashville but still enjoy the serenity of the country. The views from the back patio were simply healing. Would highly recommend!

Nice 'country' house

This is our second year staying here during Christmas break. It's a nice quiet area, feels country but very close to restaurants and the rest of the beautiful town of Franklin. It's close to the highway and only about 30 mins from Nashville. The house comes equipped with items you need to have a great care free stay. Beds were comfortable and I slept great! Thanks for the enjoyable stay.

Great house

The house itself was great! It was clean, well-supplied, & in a great location. The house has been well-maintained. Interstate access was easy & without traffic. The supplemental heat in the bathrooms was a nice surprise! The creek that runs behind the house is more like a large ditch that’s not far off the back patio. The pictures show this as a small bridge that crosses the ditch. The size of the ditch could be a problem for curious young children. The owners cannot change this & there is plenty of play area in the front yard, with minimal road traffic. Most of the road traffic is actually Dave Ramsey Headquarters employees exercising throughout the day. It’s a great place to exercise & portions are lit at night. There’s a 3.25 miles loop without going on the main road.

Always Comfortable & Convenient

This is our go to place to stay in the Nashville area. We really love this cottage. It has a convenient location to the interstate, beds are comfortable, and even though it’s close to the city, you really feel like you are staying in the country. Our grade school children love it l, too! We have stayed here several times and will stay again. One thing to caution you before booking. This property manager is VERY strict about their cancelation policy. You will not have exceptions to it for any reason unless you have travel insurance. Last Christmas (2022) our whole family had the flu for two weeks or more. When we explained the situation to the property manager, they wouldn’t even let us reschedule our stay to the following week, even though they weren’t booked. Again, this was during the holidays. We weren’t asking for a refund and have been a return guest multiple times. Their strictness seemed very excessive, and we were not offered a refund in any amount. As a business owner myself, I understand that policies have to be followed. I’m not angry about the situation. I signed the contract and cancellation policy, but sometimes exceptions should be made for certain situations, especially for return customers. Keep in mind we have stayed at the property since the awkward story above, and we are booked again for this Christmas (2023). We highly recommend staying at this location. Just be very thoughtful when considering whether or not you need travel insurance.

Quiet and secluded place in Franklin

The house was quiet and tucked away on a quiet street, yet was close to the highway and grocery store and all the rest of what Franklin has to offer. The host was easy to work with and the check-in, check-out process was easy. They were very attentive to anything I needed.

Little get away with the family.

Everything about this property was great! The location was perfect proximity to our friends home. We came out for a High School Graduation. It was centrally located to where we needed to be. It is a quiet location. The weather was perfect while we were here. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio watching the birds and wild life. It had plenty of room for our family of four. My kids slept comfortably. If I could suggest having more spices available or food storage ie: plastic bags /ziplocks/ Plastic containers for left overs and such it would have made it better. I had to buy some basics spices to cook but we managed. I could have used some cleaning supplies too. But we managed ok. It just would have helped. All in all, it suited our basic needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We had 6 adults and two children ages 9 and 2. The place was perfect. We all slept comfortably and enjoyed the entire property. We ate most of our meals during a week long stay at the house. The kitchen worked perfectly as did the dining room table. We only wished for additional seating in the living area. I would love to stay here again.
