Just a short commute to Broadway, this place is spacious and clean, and good for a large group in Nashville. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect space to spread out and hangout inside or up on the rooftop. Spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Quick Uber to Broadway. Would stay again if we come back to Nashville!

The location is perfect, you are close to the Gulch and Music Row. The house could be maintained a little better, and is in need of towel racks in the bathrooms. Overall this was one of the better houses I have rented. If we needed anything, we messaged the property through the link they gave us and we were answered immediately.

We flew in from Chicago and Michigan and Washington and Virginia. This condo is perfect when you have a group because you can all spread out. Loved everything about it. Super comfortable and plenty of room to visit and relax. This was my first trip to Nashville and I will definitely be back. If you like live music, this is the city for you.

Great location as everything is a short Uber away and the property owner was very responsive to all my messages. If I go back to Nashville, I would stay here again.

The host was very professional and responsive. They helped with any issues we had and made sure we had everything we needed. There is plenty of room for large groups and the house is beautiful. You cannot beat the location!!! We always felt safe. I would definitely stay here again.

The pictures must be old for this place. The furniture is very used, and the place needs some love. A day with a handyman and a screwdriver would help so much. So many of the beds and drawers ect. need to be tightened. Beds were not that comfortable. The towels were old and mismatched. The kitchen didn't have things like dish towels, potholders. This was not at all what we were expecting. The neighbor's place was so much more inviting on the rooftop. The furniture at this house is mismatched worn cushions. When we arrived, it was filthy!! The manager sent a crew to clean which was good. Overall, I would not recommend this rental. The location is great however and we would definitely stay in that area again.

We had an awesome stay and loved the place! Our favorite part was having coffee in the morning on the rooftop, what amazing views in all directions. It’s amazing space with lots of room, very enjoyable!

The booking and check-in process was super easy. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Probably the best stocked kitchen for any home that we've ever rented and we travel lots! You are not too far from the Gulch and other tourist areas but we didn't feel like anything was close enough to walk to. The rooftop was amazing, unfortunately it was too chilly and windy for us to enjoy it often but has wonderful views. The beds were so comfortable and I slept like a baby! We could've used a couple throw blankets for the couch but we made due from the extra beds we had. Fans are a must if you need noise to sleep, several of us went to Walmart to pick up for the rooms. We had 11 ladies and had ample space for each of us, we would absolutely stay here again!

Her experience was wonderful. There were a few things that were missing that we really could have used and wish we had known about before we got to the house. One of those was hangers in the closets. There were none and tables near the beds would’ve been really helpful.

We were four couples coming to town for a couple of days to enjoy a concert and explore the city. The house was perfect for our group as each couple had their own bedroom and private bathroom. The living room was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped to handle a group of our size. The rooftop lounge was the highlight of the property and we logged many hours there. The property was a great fit for our group, the location was convenient and Tyler, our Host was great to work with. We are planning our return trip for the Spring.

Everything about this property was great! Check in was very easy. So many sleeping options. Clean and updated. Only con I could come up with is there are a lot of stairs.
