In town for Basketball

We came to the are for a basketball camp being held in Franklin. This home was perfect!! The floor plan is very modern. Does require the ability to climb stairs, but it wasn’t a problem for us. Spacious rooms, all King beds, private bathrooms, 2 separate gathering places for larger groups. A very well equipped kitchen, plenty of closet and storage space for longer stays. We utilized all bedrooms and the kitchen. There is an open deck at the the top of the unit that offers a fantastic view of downtown Nashville. You can be downtown in less than 10 minutes, yet far enough away to be out of the 24/7 noise off broadway. The 2 car parking garage was easy to navigate and keeps everything safe and sound. We will definitely stay here again on our next Nashville trip!

What an amazing! The house is perfect for a small group. We had 8 in our party and there was enough room to move around and not feel like we were on top of each other. The balcony was an added bonus; especially with the added sitting area on the top floor. There are a lot of stairs, but you can do it. Our host, Laura, was awesome- providing communication effectively and efficiently. Close to everything! We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at your vacation home. It’s really close to everything downtown. Beds a very comfy and it has all the basics you need in the kitchen. It is decorated very nicely. We also were able to enjoy thunder and lightening storms on the 3rd floor balcony. Thanks for sharing your townhome with us. We do hope to be back.

Picture don’t do justice

BEST PROPERTY . We have been to Nashville 3 times in the past . We have always stayed in a great home . But this one here - BEST BY FAR ! Pictures don’t come close to showing you how beautiful this place is . I literally walked in and walked back out thinking we was in the wrong rental for the price I paid . It has plenty of space . There were extra blankets in all rooms . The appliances were brand new . It was extra clean . Plenty of toilet tissue and paper towels . If you are coming to Nashville and need a place to rent - this is the place ! And don’t get me started on the host ! By far nicest people ever . I left one message with a question . Laura called me back with in 2 minutes . So nice . Do yourself a favor and book this room . Now I seen a few post stating there’s a train whistle you can here at night . Honestly , we were here 5 nights and I heard it 1 time . I think it was because I was awake already is the reason . I never was woke up from the noise . This is were I stay anytime in Nashville . Also we were literally 5 minutes from WalMart and Krogers . We were less than 10 minutes from Downtown . This is a hidden jewel .

Nice location

Great stay!! Very clean!! Great beds!! If we were nit pick-in- Some of the furniture not to our liking/ not comfy to us and could use some storage containers in the kitchen!! Definitely recommend this place!! 9.7 out of 10!!

Great location and beautiful home

We spent 4 nights in this home and found it to be just as advertised. There were 4 of us and we are all seniors. The location was great for us to get downtown and there was plenty to do and see. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen nicely stocked. Only problem was that we found the furniture in the sitting areas quite uncomfortable.

Spring Break Road trip!

The location was convenient to a lot of the things we wanted to do. The property was clean and well stocked with essentials. We enjoyed the balcony to relax at the end of the night. Parking was a little tight. For anyone traveling plan on Ubers as traffic is terrible and parking prices are expensive

Nashville Stay

The place was immaculate. Plenty of space and beds. Communication was great. It was super close to everything we wanted to go to. We were close to the airport. It was nice to be able to park in the garage. Wi-Fi was great.We gave it a 4 Stars because there is a train that goes past the neighborhood and it blares it's horn all night. If you are a light sleeper and don't like ear plugs (which they provided), then this isn't the place for you which is unfortunate.

Great place!

The place is amazing! We loved it. Would stay here again because of all the bedrooms & baths. It worked for us! The train was noisy throughout the night. I would suggest a sound machine for every bedroom.

Beautiful Stay

We had a girls trip and found this place. It was spacious and clean, comfortable beds and well-appointed. Location was about 10 minutes from all the fun downtown. The coffee maker broke while we were there and they had a brand new one delivered to us right away. We thought that was thoughtful! There are a lot of stairs so be prepared but we managed. And the train goes by at night and can be loud, but it really wouldn't deter us from staying again. We hung out one afternoon on the deck and it was lovely. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property - Great location

We were in town for a college bowl game and this was the perfect location for our stay! Communication was great with the owners, place was very clean and well stocked. Minutes to downtown and the stadium. Highly recommended, will definitely stay here again!

Awesome property

This property was perfect for a large extended family. Close to broadway and lots to do. Communication with the property owner was quick and easy. I had a couple questions when we first arrived and they responded within minutes. Highly recommend!!!

Girls Trip

This was a fantastic place to host our girls trip! We enjoyed our stay and found that it met/exceeded all of our needs! The pillows on the beds were A+ (if someone wants to share where they were purchased we’d appreciate it!) The house accommodated all 6 of us very comfortably and gave everyone room to have privacy. The only complaints we had were ones shared previously, the couches/chairs are not comfortable at all and the lack of water pressurel. With 6 women, water pressure in all the bathrooms were an issue, even when only 1 shower was being used. Even with those minor issues, I would definitely book this property again!

I have to say we love the location of the house and was very spacious for are group of 8 house was very clean the only thing I would have to say is the living room furniture and the sitting room furniture is the most uncomfortable and not practical for sitting around as a group

Ideal Location

The location of this property was perfect for our needs. Easy access to downtown, our relatives in Franklin, and the airport. The only issue was the television as there is no live TV coverage. We could not watch news or football very disappointed in the lack of basic coverage! If it was available you should have instructions on how to view.
