The host was very welcoming and responded quickly when I reached out with a question. The place was so nice, comfortable and clean! We appreciated the amenities! It was also convenient to the plans we had made for the weekend on our girls trip!! Thank you for your hospitality.

very easy access to many great East Nashville restaurants and night spots. A very short 10 minute or less drive to the Stadium, downtown, Broadway. Very well kept property. We would definitely stay again, we loved it.

We loved our stay in Nashville. The home was clean, comfy and had all the amenities we needed. We really enjoyed the large living area where we could all be comfy and cozy without feeling too cozy!Communication with the host was easy and replies were very prompt. I would definitely recommend this property.

We had a great stay! The property was very spacious and clean! The host was very responsive and overall I have no complaints! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect For Short or Long Stays

The house was exactly as pictured online. Perfect location and nice neighborhood, felt very safe. So much space to be comfortable and have fun! Would definitely recommend for future stays!

Fantastic Property

The property is well maintained. We felt it was located with easy access to downtown Broadway Street within about 15 minutes or so. Also less than a mile to major highway.

The stay was great. The only recommendation would be is that the place needs painting and as reported the downstairs bathroom door was not working properly. The leather chair in the living room was torn.

Perfect place for my bachelorette weekend

The house was very clean and had plenty of space for all 7 of us. It was nicely decorated and we loved that it was a short Uber ride to anywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again!

Weddings weekend

Served us well for my bestie getting married this weekend. Plenty of room for the 3 couples who stayed. Was nice we each had our own bathroom.

The property was actually amazing. It was close to stores and restaurants and was very clean. It would have been nice to know about a separate signed agreement before paying but it was all good. The property managers checked in with me throughout the trip to make sure all was good and that was appreciated. My only complaints would be the mattresses were way too soft with no back support so my injured back didn't do too well. I also didn't know the 3rd bedroom was on the bottom floor with no tv, and separated from the other 2 bedrooms, 2 floors up. Again nothing they could have corrected once we arrived, but worth noting just so others are aware. All in all, we had a good experience and would return if in Nashville again.

Nashville get away

We came in for my sons 21 birthday and location was close to everything. The code to get in one door didn’t work but when i reached out to get it fixed they fixed it quickly. You can hear trains every night going by. The furniture was a little worn there was a brown chair hat the leather was peeling off. We enjoyed the time while we were there. My daughter said the bunk beds creeked every time she moved on the bed.

Girls Trip

The check in process was easy except the Manager wouldn’t let us check in at 3 instead of 4 even though no one left the day of our check in. House was as pictured but the walls were covered with fingerprints and scuff marks. Queen bedroom closet door was falling off hinges and bathroom door jam completely broken. Ant traps full of dead ants as well. House is beautiful otherwise and the neighborhood was a great location.

The Greenburg

The A/C on the main floor did not work throughout our stay. The TV in one of the bedrooms did not work and the door would not lock upon exiting the property. They were able to resolve the TV and door issue but not the A/C-which was the most important. Dirty sheets and linens from a prior rental were left in a closet. We are requesting a partial refund but the "manager" has not returned our request. Very noisy location, with trains and road traffic as well as neighbors up late into the night.

Terrible property management

DO NOT stay here! The property itself is great and a good location to downtown Nashville. The management of the property and their willingness to keep up with their rental is terrible. There are ongoing issues with the AC in this unit. The AC does not work on the main floor or bottom bedroom and the owners continue to rent it without addressing the issues. We had no AC our entire 3 night stay. Just before check in we were contacted by owners and told the AC wasn’t working and a tech was coming out to fix it. The tech was not from an HVAC company and rather just a maintenance person. He arrived over 2 hrs later than original time we were told. He did not fix the issues, after two visits. I made the owners aware, they said someone would be out again and no one showed up. At that point we accepted this was an ongoing problem given all the box fans in the unit and we’d be stuck w no AC. There are also previous reviews from May 24th that the AC was an issue since then. Additionally The linens and towels we were given were dirty w makeup stains and unwashed. Upon arrival not only did we not have AC but we had to do laundry in order to shower. The stains came out which confirmed the linens were simply dirty. We were told new linens would be sent over and they never were. This listing is falsely advertised and you should consider staying elsewhere.
