The communication from Laura & the Music City Collection was outstanding. We really enjoyed our stay and the location is very centrally located to so many destinations.Fyi., there are a lot of stairs which wasn't a negative but just something to be aware of. It's also noted in the description of the property.

Awesome, but just a few things...

The overall impression of the property itself was very nice. Really liked the rooftop patio. The location was across the street from a newer apartment building. The yard had a lot of trash that could be picked up to make it look more aesthetically pleasing. It is next to a gravel parking lot and around the corner from a gentlemen's club (somewhat shady at night) but overall was safe for us. Homeless persons were seen, however, are a part of Nashville in itself. Also, had to kill 2 cockroaches upon entry into the home, but weren't found in around the kitchen. Maybe a bug exterminator could spray around the home to make guests more comfortable. Not sure if recycling bins are available, but both bins were trash bins. In the lower-level bathroom, the towel bar was off the wall and the clear door for the tub could be tightened to prevent water from spilling out of the shower and on the floor next to the tub. We liked how close it was to get to Broadway and the house was an awesome set up for multiple guests and we had a good time while at the house. Thank you for offering this home for others to enjoy.

Nashville stay

My whole family enjoyed our stay. 2 things I would recommend looking into: #1-New entry runner and rugs. They are curling on the edges and we all tripped the first time we walked in. #2-The first floor shower needs to have a full shower door not 1/2 glass and 1/2 open. When showering, we had to put 2 towels on the floor to soak up the water.

This property was perfect for our group each couple had their own room. The roof top and main living floor are great gathering spots. This house is conveniently located about 5 mins from broadway. Plenty of close food options as well

Great girls reunion

Nice property. Very spacious. Be aware that the house is 4 stories, so if you're not good with steps this 0lace is not for you! 4 BR 3 full baths and 2 half baths! Not the greatest neighborhood but you are a $10 Uber ride to Ryman and the honky tonks etc. Clean. Alarm system. Great rooftop deck. My only suggestion is for the downstairs bedrooms they need to put a table or luggage stand in them as there are no closets. Had to live out of my suitcase, which I had to put on the floor.

What a great place

The house was great. The bedrooms were roomy, clean and bright. None of the couples felt like they were in each others way. Plenty of bathrooms for a large group. The 2nd floor was perfect for a large group to hang out before heading out for the evening. It is a very convenient location to grab an Uber to head to Broadway or the Gulch. Grocery store and liquor store conveniently located. I would definitely use this location again if I was coming with a larger group. The host was very responsive.

perfect!

Property is just as described on website. pictures are accurate. clean, comfortable mattresses, very large living areas, great bathrooms. there are actually 3 full and 2 half baths. rooftop area is great, with a good view of city. could walk to broadway if weather was nicer. host was easy to communicate with. we will rent this unit again!

Lovely Place

This was an amazing place to stay. It was huge! The rooftop patio was our highlight, what a view!! Nice and close to all the sites we wanted to see and close enough to all the bars but also far enough for peace and quiet at night. Laura gave us top notch customer service. I highly recommend this property.

Long weekend in Nashville

Wonderful Property!

This home was beautiful, spacious and functional. Our age ranged between 52-66 both women and men. The walk to Broadway was completely manageable, but would not recommend the walk at night after dark without a group as the several, likely homeless, very high, people were always congregating nearby and you would need to walk through them. The night the trash cans were put out 2 men were rummaging the cans at 4am and laying outside 1st floor bedroom window and noisy which was unsettling for the woman staying alone in that bedroom.

Great house and location!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a nice location, close enough to broadway but also far enough away for it to feel like a quiet escape. The house and rooms were really nice and felt very spacious for the 7 of us. We’d definitely recommend it and would stay here again!
