Great Stay

The property was clean, quiet, well stocked. I made a pasta dinner for my family one night and had all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils that were necessary. Communication with the management team was perfect, as was the check in - out process. Definitely recommend this property!

Great stay! Family of 6

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. It is beautifully decorated, and we loved the record player. It looks like they are updating the neighborhood. The grocery store is close, so we enjoyed the convenience which saved a family of 6 from going out every meal. Plus, we wanted some healthy food too. Just be prepared there are quite a few stairs. It didn’t really bother us until packing up. Lots of communication which I loved! We were able to add a night due to coming in a day early, so that was super convenient as well. We travel a lot, so we are very picky about where we stay. Overall we were very pleased. Thank you for the coffee station and the snacks too! We loved it!

Family vacation. All 9 of us enjoyed a very comfortable stay. VERY CLEAN. Close to downtown and very easy access. Delightful host. No problems. Would highly recommend!

Friends Getaway

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. This location was perfect for all our adventures! 10 minute easy Uber ride to Broadway. The house is so cute and the beds were very comfortable! The master shower is AMAZING. Everything you could possibly want is in the house! There is a brewery literally right next door with some pretty good beer. They also serve coffee in the morning. There is another coffee shop right around the corner which we liked better. We had a few night caps at Mickey's Tavern which is also right around the corner and where the locals hang out. Nicolette's Italian is great for take out. We loved the meatballs. The grocery store is right down the street (not really walking distance) I will mention if you want to buy hard alcohol you have to plan ahead and go to an actual liquor store. The markets only sell beer and wine.

Great spot in East Nashville

Alece was a wonderful host! Her property is decorated cute and in a great location.. close to everything - the airport, downtown, The Gulch. She had a basket full of waters and snacks that helped keep us satiated between meals. I would 100% stay here again!

Perfect Nashville Getaway

My husband and I travel often, and we were both impressed with the cleanliness of this property. I would definitely recommend, and we cannot wait to come back. All of the little extras did not go unnoticed, from the snack basket (and note to our friends who got engaged during our trip) and the extra of any supplies provided of items we may have needed during our stay. We also enjoyed the city guide provided, we were able to walk to dinner our first night based on those recommendations.

Had a great experience. Owner thought of everything to make our stay great. Beds were comfortable, coffee bar stocked was awesome, loved that they had toiletries available. Owner was great at communicating.

Bachelorette party

This place was very clean, beautiful, Nashville theme which we absolutely loved! We enjoyed the coffee maker, and the beds were very comfortable and loved the big shower upstairs in that master bedroom. The garage fit one SUV car and one small car. So we were able to park two cars in garage. There were 9 of us stayed in the house. We were able to have three sleep in Master bed room and the rest of girls slept in bed by two. We used Uber to travel back from the place to Broadway to hang out in downtown Nashville to enjoy music city. It was perfect! Easy to transport. I definitely highly recommend this place if anyone plan to visit Nashville!

Spacious & convenient, beautiful condo!

Our small group of adult friends had a fabulous time on our weekend stay here! It is in the ever growing trendy neighborhood of east Nashville and close to everything! It was much more spacious than we thought - huge bonus compared to other places in the area! Especially the designated garage. Super cute interior and all family friendly. I would 10/10 recommend!!
