I thought it worked well and enjoyed the overnight. My Mom didn't think it was that clean. I thought it was fine. I will say the tub is curved and not very steady which is not great for the elderly. The host was very nice and answered upfront questions I had that put my mind at ease ahead of the check in process. You can hear folks walking around above but other than that it was quiet. I'd consider it again when visiting Nashville.

Please take note- should be in BOLD print that this room is DIRECTLY beside the train track! Not only that but the road in front of the property is also closed for construction so not only were you awoken w the train all night, you were awoken with the loud constant beeping of equipment and dump truck tailgates smashing. Also the apartment directly above us was extremely heavy footed and sounded like they were moving the entire time we were there- all hours of the night, it did not stop. I feel I need a vaca from this vaca as we were exhausted after our stay here. While I am completely open to things happening (construction) and the train, I tried reaching out to the owner and see if he would do a good will adjustment or slight adjustment in the total and was flat out rejected. Other then that, left 2 towels for 4 people for 5 days, heat did not work that well and not too many amenities for this room at all- had very little so bring anything you may need. Disappointed to say the least :(

Rooms were good. There were a few things that need to be taken care of ? Coffee Pot did not work . More than 1 hand towel is needed in bathrooms. Only 1 kitchen hand towel ? Ceiling fan made really loud noises.

Quick Nashing

Started rocky with A/C in unit not working first night …however sent a message and property manager replied promptly and came to unit within an hour and has us in a new unit - of which kudos to the housekeeper who was quickly turning over the new unit so we could move our stuff over - did kinda delay our evening but the property manager stayed in contact and was like I will send money refund and get dinner while u wait - so service and the people still get all the stars because could have went so much worse - - thank you again !

Great location!

This place is in a great area but does have trains running all times of the day and night. The only other issue we had was the tv was not working. Tim came out to help fix it but could not get it to work. It was during hockey playoffs so that was a bummer. Place was clean and convenient to all the things we wanted to do. Would stay again!

Clean and cute!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and comfortable. The only thing we could think of to add is water bottles! Just a couple for when we first got there would’ve been great! Benedryl helped us not hear the trains all night. Overall clean, cute and convenient!

We opted not to walk downtown. Ubers arrived within 1-5 minutes! We will definitely stay again on some of our next trips to Nashville.

Awesome Stay!

The condo was perfect for a weekend in Nashville! The location was close enough to walk to most attractions, but far enough away to escape the hectic Broadway area. We can't wait to book this property again for our next trip to Nashville!

Nice location, if you like trains

Property was clean and modern. Nice to have a small balcony, even tho the view was partially blocked by the neighboring building. The location was great as it was less than a mile to Broadway and Nissan Stadium. Could have used more silverware and definitely some wine glasses. The kitchen bar counter was abnormally high and you couldn’t comfortably eat there w the stools provided. We were woken up at all hours of the night with very heavy-footed upstairs residents.

Cute place

Location and accommodation were both great! It’s more comfortable for 4 adults than 6 though since the sofa is on the smaller side. However, the condo was very cute and nicely decorated. As for other reviews, the train tracks were not that loud but the people upstairs walking back and forth were more annoying especially at 1am. Other than that, we highly recommend this place.

Great Place To Stay

I had seen some complaints about the noise of the train by the building. To be honest, it is noticeable but it didn't bother me much. If I have one complaint it was that the water pressure isn't great when taking a shower, but it still gets the job done. Also, the sleeper sofa bed isn't very comfortable, but luckily I wasn't the one sleeping on it. Lol. I would definitely stay here again.

Off broadway

This location was great. Not too far from Broadway but not too close. Off the beating path and very quiet, except for train (but just white noise). Building was clean, condo was well stocked. In walking distance to different neighborhoods (Capitol, Germantown, Broadway). Area was away from the tourists.

Good location and pictures were accurate.

No problems with our rental. Good location and easy access to places around downtown. Only thing we didn’t get when we arrived was the parking pass. Emailed the owner and they took the details of my car to allow access to the parking garage. Thanks for a great stay!
