Clean and roomy unit, 3 bedrooms were large and well appointed. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishware that allowed us to "eat in" for several meals.

Weekend Getaway

We had a great time staying at this property! The property itself matched the online description and the interior decorating was very well thought out. The property was very close to downtown and only a quick uber ride to broadway! The neighborhood was quiet and traffic noise was minimal. We only had a couple minor issues during our stay. One was the A/C not fully working while we were there. Due to the multiple levels of the property, the top floors never fully cooled off and the A/C kept disconnecting from the power and stopped cooling the house. Luckily there were some fans that we could use. Also the parking situation was interesting. The property’s are very close together with minimal driveway space and does not fit more than 2 cars comfortably. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this place for a quick stay to explore Nashville!

Decent place

The inside it the unit is cute and clean. Master bed doesn’t have a box spring or much of a platform so it’s extremely low to the ground. It’s very close to the downtown and neighboring communities. The neighborhood is sketchy not suited for walking around especially at night. The neighbors car was broken into the last night we were there so we feel lucky our car was not burglarized. They offer a garage and would recommend keeping your car in the garage and not in the driveway.

Girls weekend trip

The condo was beautiful. Close to downtown- only a quick uber ride or bus ride away. Plenty of sleeping room and living space. A great time away. Would definitely stay here again.

THRIFTY GIRLS

We were very pleased with the condo and the property manager was very attentive to our issues. There was an issue with the air conditioner and by the time we returned to condo it was fixed. When I sent a message to property manager it was answered immediately and very willing to address it. We all had beds and plenty of room to get ready each morning. The only issue is the area and the interstate right beside it.the condo. Thank you!!

The property is new construction and is laid out nicely for a family. The issue is the maintenance. Doors were broken, refrigerator not working, wine rack not working, etc. No communication from the owner. The neighborhood is sketchy but convenient.

It worked

The house wasn’t far from downtown and made it super easy to see everything. It was a great place, clean, and fit our needs but totally feels like no one has ever lived here. There is no where to put the hand towels and the windows that face the sun in the morning don’t have curtains and with the freeway noise it makes it hard to sleep in. Make sure you favorite all emails from vrbo because only one email will have the until number in it. Parking is also limited especially if you have a big car.

Girls trip

Nice comfortable place to stay. We did a girl's trip and there was six of us, we had plenty of room, beds were comfortable, and place was clean! Only downside is that we like to walk and not the best neighborhood for walking.

Comfortable and enjoyable

Property was lovely, the neighborhood was a little sketchy. We were at an HDSupply conference, I loved to see Comfort Bay bath tissue. I left a couple clean remote samples at the property to try out. Call your HD rep if you are interested in purchasing more. Thank you Thank you
