Nashville vacation

Very nice house with everything we needed and close to places we visted. Only gave 4 stars because the hot tube could of used better steps to enter, one in our group as a bad knee

Spend the money & go elsewhere!

Staying anywhere but home you generally check the bedding for critters. Upon checking all of the bedding had human hairs which led us to believe the bedding was not washed, we had to wash every bit of linen before we could sleep in them. The mattresses were very cheap & stained. The pillows were stained. Two trash cans completely full in the driveway upon arrival. Pots & pans were nasty. No dish cloths, towels & wash cloths were very sparing. Grill looked like it was pulled out of the trash. Fire your housekeeper. The barstools are ready to fall apart. One of the sofas is so worn out it ought to be burned. Blinds are broken in the living room & dining room. Put a cover on your outside cabinet with your hot tub chemicals. Lawn was overgrown. Get a dumpster to accommodate the trash. Very dissatisfied. Wish I could post the pictures to show you how bad it was!

Fantastic Rental Home

We were visiting Nashville for Mt brother's wedding and this rental house turned out to be absolutely perfect for us! Close enough to Nashville to enjoy the fun but far enough away that we felt completely safe & comfortable. Plenty of room for my family + my sister, my brother and their significant others. It was clean, quiet and completely comfortable. Will definitely stay again if we return to Nashville!

Just what we needed

We had a wonderful stay. A beautiful view sitting on the back porch, the hot tub was nice and relaxing, the house was out of the way but not too out of the way, and plenty of the room in the kitchen which was awesome. The only thing is that the mattresses were not the most comfortable but everything was very clean and there was plenty of room. I would definitely highly recommend this especially for the price and it was 10 times better than a hotel room. Thank you!

The house was nice but the upkeep of the property needs to be improved.!

The deck was deteriorating and in need of repair. The hot tub was dirty and needed a good cleaning. The bath mat in the master bed room was dirty. They only provided one small towel per person for a week stay. I called the manager because there was no blow dryer and not enough pots and pans in the kitchen. The bar stools were wobbly and dangerous . The manager did come and bring more pots and pans and a blow dryer which eas a help. The place is very nice but it needs attention and repairs. We enjoyed our stay but we’re disappointed with the condition of the home and the lack of necessary equipment! Hopefully these things will improve!

TN vacation

Location was great to visit Nashville as well as sites in Kentucky. House is definitely “used”. Kitchen and linens not well stocked. House needs some repairs and a thorough cleaning.

Relaxing

I really loved this place. Great to relax and kick back. It had it all, I’d love to come back. The host was super nice and accommodating. My minor issue was that there was an ant infestation in the kitchen. This can easily be fixed and does not worry me. Overall, beds were clean and so was the living room. Host went above and beyond to get me a pump for the basketball, it was very nice of her. Along with a cleaner for the hot tub. Thank you for everything.

Nice but needs a little TLC - starting to show signs of renters abuse.w

Easy booking process. Great communication with owners. They quickly responded when we contacted them. House was nice & met our needs & accommodations but showing signs of renters abuse - door knob dings in bedroom walls, paint scrapes from chair on dining room wall, some window blinds were showing signs of wear, hot tub needed attention,

Nashville trip

Great property. The house was plenty large enough for three couples. You can definitely tell it's used but no serious issues noted. Good communication with the company although we didn't need anything after arriving. Minor maintenance sould be done as we changed the furnace filter since we noticed it was so gross. There was already one in the closet though. Overall five stars is still warranted.

Wanted to give 5 stars but just can't

Was allowed to enter the property an hour early which was nice and appreciated. Upon arrival one of the two trash dumpsters was full and lid was open, as we are supposed to be responsible for closing the lid. The other had loose trash in which we were to be responsible for bagging all trash items. The first night was fine but upon taking showers the next morning the walk in shower had drain problems and by the end of your shower you were standing in about 3 to 4 inches of water. If you use both shower heads at the same time you will run out of hot water rather quickly. It really needs an "on demand" hot water heater in my opiniin to be able to keep up with the volume. The hot tub really needed a cleaning as there were brown scum stains on the sides. We cleaned the best that we could and left it cycle to aid in the filtering process. First night of use was great and we put the chemicals in after use as instructed. The next night the hot tub kicked the breaker after about 20 to 30 minutes use and the breaker would not reset as if there was a dead short somewhere. We text the property manager about the hot tub with no response.....and we stil haven't gotten a response to this day. The next night we attempted to reset the breaker and this time it held but we noticed the hot tub was apparently leaking somewhere as the deck was wet coming from the under side and the low water light was on. We just gave up at that point. The hot tub was one of the reasons that we rented this property and we were pretty disappointed. All in all the property was beautiful, well stocked and clean. Not real secluded but we never heard a peep from the neighbors on either side or across the street. The mattresses and pillows were clean and comfortable. The fireplace was a great asset as well as tvs in most of the rooms. But for the money I expected at least a response when I notified them....THAT was the biggest bummer of all. Unfortunately, I won't be rebooking this property again which is very unfortunate as it has the potential for a 5 star rating with a little effort.

Good space for family reunion

Good space for visiting. Not a bad ride to Nashville. Bedrooms very comfortable. Only issue - pots and pans are gross. Everything else was clean.
