Perfect spot for a great stay

We had a great stay here. It's perfect location, close enough to everything to get there quick while far enough away that you don't have any noise issues. Only a 10 min walk to Belmont and 20 to Vanderbilt. The house is a great size, everyone can spread out and have their own space but still have plenty of opporunity to hang out with each other.

Nashville Weekend

We planned this trip for month and looked forward to our stay at the eclectic craftsman home near the Vanderbilt campus. The home was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The property manager was not flexible at all for an earlier check-in though. Our flight was on time and we asked to get in 1 hour earlier and it could not be accommodated so we sat on the porch. Otherwise, we enjoyed everything about the home and location.

Location is Perfect

Four of us stayed here for a few days on our girls' trip to Nashville. We were so pleased with the location. Hillsboro is a delightful neighborhood and also an easy drive to all the must-see areas. The home is very unique. It is humongous, but it did manage to feel cozy at the same time. Each bedroom had a full bathroom, so there was plenty of privacy for those that wanted it. We were a little taken aback by the odd/eccentric decor, and there were no touches of luxury. Be warned that the soap and shampoos provided are practically worthless, so bring your own. The beds and linens were decent, and the family room was a very comfortable place to hang out. It was nice to have the large streaming tv right there. Easy parking in the driveway as well. We also appreciated that the check-out chores were minimal and very reasonable. Overall, this house's comfort, size, and location make it a spot that I would recommend.

The property is conveniently located from the airport and downtown Nashville attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located across the street from a grocery store. The house is very roomy and comfortable. The lighting in some areas is poor and could use some improvement. Cleanliness varied. The gas stove is very tricky to operate. There is no closet space for hanging clothes though there is sufficient drawer space.

Our Nashville Stay

Kitchen utensils and pans are very used and a few are gross. Same with silverware. House was nice inside but insufficient closet/hanging area, especially when staying a week with a mix of business and pleasure. Front garden are is untended and full of late season bees. Many cobwebs on front porch doesn't make for a very good welcome. Porch should be swept clean before visits. No cloth towels for hands or dishes in the kitchen - only paper towels. We are paying for cleaning of linens so why not add afew towles. No basket to drain/dry dishes. One bathroom didn't have waste basket. Had large pickup truck so the narrow driveway on a short hill near a busy store and intersection wasn't great.

Boys Weekend and Pearl Jam at Bridgestone

To start, the pictures don't do the property justice. The house was very accommodating for the 3 of us. The master bedroom is huge and the lower level is very spacious and comfortable. The front porch was a nice place to hang out in the mornings for coffee, just needed a little more seating. I don't mind using ride shares so this location was perfect for us. I was under a 10 minute ride to Bridgestone and Broadway. The communication with the property manager was excellent with quick responses. All 3 of said we will be back to Nashville and will definitely stay at this location.

Convenience and Space

We very much enjoyed the convenience of this property (quick walk to Kroger as well as a driveway for easy parking). The rooms are very spacious and the check-in/out process couldn't have been easier.

Great house and location!

The house is a great size and very interesting artwork throughout. We were there for a girls weekend and had a lot of fun. Downtown was only 10min away which was great and there’s a Kroger walkable across the street. Negatives, the master bedrooms bed is hard as a rock. There’s also a neighbor with a camera in the window that looks like it’s facing the house watching inside (hoping it’s iust a monitor for their driveway, but creeped us out) Overall a great house I would recommend.

Great house with good location

Great house with good location. Only downside was that all the TVs in the bedrooms (not the great room) were “smart TVs” that were tied to WiFi to receive subscription channels but not regular cable channels.
