I reserved this property thru VRBO was told that my stay was booked, then received information from Stay Minty requiring further information. I had to take a dated selfie of me with my drivers liscense. I felt that this was a little over the top.The property met our needs, as it was clean, spacious with a wonderful rooftop/patio area. but caused some stress. We had a seven hour drive to reach our destination and did not receive check in information until two hours before arrival. We were told that we would receive check in information as soon as the condo was ready. This made me really uncomfortable. What happens if the condo is not ready? My past experience has been that check in information is received 24 hours ahead of time. They also do not supply check out information on site. We had to request it.The toilet in one bathroom was plugged up, we ran out of propane for both condos. One of the TV's died on our second day. While some of this is out of the management teams control others weren't. For me (being the person in charge of this rental) the stay was very stressful as I had to continously reach out to the management team and respond to many texts during may stay.The gentleman who delivered more propane was very friendly and helpful as one of the bedrooom doors somehow locked with no one in the room and we couldn't get it to unlock.
