I had such a wonderful stay at this Vrbo! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated and it truly felt like a home away from home. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. Check-in was seamless, and they provided clear instructions along with helpful local recommendations.The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the dowtown area while still being far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay!

Great cute condo on the river. Gorgeous view in walking to several cute coffee shops. If you are willing to walk a little bit farther, broadway is walkable. The place was very clean and had plenty of bowls, plates, coffee mugs, towels, trash bags, etc. There was plenty of available parking directly in front of the condo— we had two cars and never had an issue finding a close spot. Check-in was easy and the host had good communication. We had a great time with our group and the guitars were a real fun addition for a music lovers.

We had a fantastic stay at this Nashville condo and would absolutely return in the future. The unit was spotless and exactly as pictured in the listing. It was also full of fun artwork that gave the space a lot of character and made it feel unique and welcoming.The location was excellent. We easily walked to Germantown and Broadway, which made exploring the city very convenient. For places a little farther away, like 12South (loved the murals) and the Grand Ole Opry (highly recommend) we took a quick Uber ride. There is some new construction in the immediate area, but it didn’t impact our stay at all. The neighborhood felt safe and lively, with plenty of people out walking and enjoying the area.Communication with the owner was fantastic and the check-in process was very easy. There was even a helpful instruction book in the unit with clear directions for operating the TVs, fireplace, and other features, which we really appreciated.We cooked breakfast in the unit one morning and the kitchen had everything we needed to make the meal. The weather was beautiful during our trip, so we especially enjoyed spending time on the small deck overlooking the river the night before we left—it was the perfect way to wrap up our stay.The condo was quiet, comfortable, and felt very safe throughout our visit. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville.

Excellent communication and directions from Host. Location is great, only a mile or so from Broadway but out of the way enough from the busy. Great view of the river, convenient parking and the condo was decorated beautifully and very clean! Would stay again!

Our first visit to Nashville. The location was ideal; close enough to walk to Broadway and many tourist destinations, but far away enough to find a relaxing, quiet place to call “home”. The river location is beautiful. Communication with the host was spot on and property entry directions were easy. We will be back.

Great spot right on the river

Had a great time with my bestie at this cute condo by the river. We spent mornings watching the cardinals, groundhogs and even a bunny! Downtown is walkable from here, though we chose to Lyft everywhere because it was SO HOT in Nashville when we visited. The AC was such a blessing when we came in the door.

When we arrived the master bedroom stunk so I opened the window turned on the bathroom fan and the smell from the closet in master cleared up but then I saw how dirty the window is in the master. I just closed the window but it should be cleaned. We had a wonderful time and my daughter and I are use to fixing problems but I wasn’t cleaning the window
Loved watching the tugboat taking cargo they are very quiet
This made me wish I played the guitar

Great hosts!

Everything was just as described in the listing! Host communication was exceptional before, during, and after our stay! The kitchen had all the things you need and more for a stay if you’re doing a little cooking. We would definitely stay here again!

Not clean!

Stayed for the weekend for a graduation celebration. Condo had good space for 4 adults to be comfortable. This condo was not clean. Bathroom floors and baseboards were full of hair and grime. Showers had mildew and grimey floors. Sink didnt drain because full of hair. My husband had to clean it out to make usable. Lots of bugs flying around. Ants on the floors. Floors werent swept or scrubbed in the entire condo. Doors had who knows what on them and were just dirty. You didnt want to touch them. Not sure our sheets were clean either. Both beds had hairs on pillows and in the bed. I did think having covered parking was a good benefit in the warm weather. Not really easy to walk to area because of current construction but its a quick Uber ride. I do not recommend this condo. Its just not clean enough. I wish I could post the pictures I took.
