Nice property. 2 car garage behind gated entry, easily accessible but will not accommodate large vehicles, but you can park outside the garage. As you enter, there is a bedroom with a queen bed and bunkbed with attached bathroom. You go up one flight of stairs to the kitchen/living room area and a half bath. Then you go up another flight of stairs to a bedroom with a queen bed and attached bath and an another bedroom with a king bed and two bunkbeds with a large bathroom and walk-in closet. Lots of amenities. Close to most everything in Nashville. Never drove for more than 20 minutes to get to what we were wanting to do. Seems like a safe area with lots of new construction. The host is extremely accommodating and almost instant to reply. Overall, we were very pleased with the property and would stay here again.

Spring break 2025

The home is nice. The issue is we drove up to the wrong gate to get in and that should be specified in directions. Also have to walk in grass(wet grass if raining) to get to the door to get in. Neighborhood just a little sketchy but property is fenced in. An outside garage code would be nice. The TV in the Master bedroom doesn't even have a cord to plug in. But in honesty, the property is very nice and I would stay again.

Spacious and comfortable

We were impressed by the total number of beds available, nobody had to share or sleep on the floor! The 3.5 bathrooms were great gor our group. We loved the place and would definitely consider staying again! The only downside was the 3 flights of stairs 😉 The flightd!wadwaswdefinitelydecconin.

Lots of room, the beds are comfortable. Could use a little touch up paint on the wall and the furniture could use a good shampoing. BUT..... Location was pretty close to all the attractions, having a grarage to park your car was amazing. The place was nice.

My family & I enjoy your property. Everything was great. Expect we got a little frustrated when the power went for half a day. We were on vacation & a power outage just because was not what we were expecting because there wasn’t any bad weather. Overall, our experience was good. The kids really enjoyed their Spring Break.

We were in for my daughters 21 birthday. The place met our needs. The kitchen could’ve been better furnished for 8-10 people. Down stairs shower was just a trickle of water. Easy Uber ride to Broadway!!

Not What’s Advertised

The house was super dirty and had many issues that included (dirty bedding, damaged walls, a shower that didn’t drain, stains on the sectional sofa, missing light bulbs, dead remote batteries, and more). The only highlight here was that the owner refunded our cleaning fee. Overall the house wasn’t in the best area, as it’s being gentrified. Would not recommend staying here.

Getting in was a challenge - large gate and garage which has no key pad versus small gate walkway and front door. Floors were very dirty. Kitchen not equipped as described, made it very hard for us to cook the food we bought. Farther from downtown than was stated.

Nice gated three story condo/house! Plenty of space, even for 8 big guys. Big bedrooms and 4 bathrooms! And a cool little hangout spot in the garage with arcade games. I would stay here again

Lots of space to spread out

Our group of 8 loved our stay here! There were plenty of bedrooms and the open concept kitchen/dining/bath were perfect for hanging out, playing games, watching movies, etc. My kids loved the arcade games in the garage, and the bunk room was a ton of fun for the kids. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
