Great place with plenty of room for our family of five. The parking situation was a little difficult and we elected to park on the street for most of the time there because there is not much room for a large SUV to fit in the designated space at the back of the condo. Also, future guests should know that stairs are a requirement so if you have anyone in your group with ambulatory issues, this might not be the place for you. The location was great and proximity to Broadway made it easy to get there and back without many issues. Would stay here again for sure.

A Fabulous Property for your Nashville Stay!

This property was exactly as advertised. Spacious and clean with beautifully appointed bedrooms and living spaces. Bonus of the upstairs game room and balcony, we greatly enjoyed our 3 day weekend here. Communication with our Property owner was easy and they were always helpful pre-stay. No issues arose that required intervention whilst there. I always stay in the Vanderbilt/Belmont University area when visiting Nashville as it is clean, quaint and safe. This townhouse was minutes away from the Hillsboro Village which offer great options for food, shopping and even a convenient liquor store across the street! Be sure to book a dinner at the Belcourt Supper Club, grab a coffee and a snack at Biscuit Love and brunch at Grain & Berry or the Pancake Pantry. Your choices are many. Note: Lots of stairs (for bedrooms 2-3-4) so not recommended if mobility is an issue. Not a negative for us but good to know just in case. Love Love LOVED this property and would book again!

Great house…perfect location!

We stayed here while celebrating my wife’s 50th birthday. Loved the location and house. Easily accommodated our group of 10. Walking distance to Vandy & Hillsboro. We even walked to Broadway but it’s easy & quick to Uber there too. Will definitely be back.

Overall Great Stay

The property was clean and modern. Comfy beds and located within a five minute walk to shops and restaurants in the Hillsboro neighborhood. Eight minute drive to Broadway. Comfortable seating for six in the main living area. The property has four floors with steep steps to each level and one very tight covered parking spot. We only had two towels per bathroom so you may want to bring extras. Hosts were responsive and helpful to requests.

Beautiful, not handicap friendly

The unit was very clean, very nicely decorated and supplied. Very nice neighborhood, very convenient. This unit has many flights of stairs. I feel it should have been explained correctly in the add. Two of us had difficulty climbing so many stairs. There were no bath Matt's and it was all tile floors in the bathrooms so very slippery. We only had one towel a piece so we couldn't use a towel as a bathmatt. Also, when leaving we had to take out the trash??? What is the high cleaning fee for if we're doing some of the cleaning?

Nashville Trip 11/4/22

Property was immaculate and in a great neighborhood. Quick Uber ride to Broadway. We had 12 adults in the house and it did not feel cramped or tight. The owner provided great communication and was easily accessible. We would definitely stay at this property again. Thank You!

Got what we wanted 10 minutes from Nashville.

This property was as listed. It slept 12 easily. Three levels with bathrooms and bedrooms on each. The kitchen was a bit small for 12 people but, depending on your use of it, it served its purpose. Twelve adults can sit in and around the kitchen. The designated car port fit a Rav 4 but not a Telluride, with a neighboring vehicle parked in the adjacent carport. The property was very clean and organized and within walking distance of restaurants if you do not want to take the 10-minute car ride to Nashville every day of your stay. If you do want to go to Nashville, Uber provides easy transportation. With a large group, I would stay again.

Nashville Stay

Very nice place, as long as you do not mind stairs this is a great place that is very well priced. We had 9 people with us nobody felt like we were "on top" of each other. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location, close to everything! Safe neighborhood. Carport is very small (probably suitable for compact or subcompact vehicles, not suitable for a minivan). Plenty of beds, but seating in common spaces is limited.

Lovely Property,except for 52 Steps

Clean, beautifully furnished. There was duct tape above the kitchen sink. It was challenging to lug our belongings up three separate floors of steps. We were totally unaware of the steps that had to be climbed btwn floors . It was not noted in description. You had to go around back to unlock the door each time upon entry, but our van would not fit in the tiny allotment under carport; therefore we had to walk around the block to unlock our unit and to enter our van, as we had to park our van out front near the sidewalk. We could not get into our unit until after making a 30 min call thru vrbo to determine how and where to park our van legally to obtain a parking pass for our vehicle, as we could not park in our carport. Renters should be informed about parking and steps.

Perfect Location!

We really enjoyed staying at your townhouse. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to The Pancake Pantry, Biscuit Love and a great little sports bar(Double Dog). The neighborhood felt safe and walkable. The only downside, but not a problem, was the walls are paper thin. Would differently stay again if I go back to Nashville.

Beautiful townhome

Property was perfect for our family. Walking distance to breakfast. Weather was bad so we stayed in at night. Tv and movie selection was not good. For the premium fee that is charged, better media entertainment should be available in case you have to stay indoors. Just offering basic cable or Netflix would be great. I would stay here again if that was improved.
