Here’s a more casual, relaxed version:“Really enjoyed our stay! The loft was clean and in a great spot—close to coffee and food shopping, but nicely tucked away from the crowds. The host was easy to communicate with and made everything simple. Would definitely stay here again.”

Comfy space but poor communication

While the loft itself was clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was safe and quiet, the host (a property company) was unresponsive. I received conflicting instructions about parking -- day before arrival I received instructions saying I MUST park perpendicular to a wall, with a photo demonstrating that, then day of arrival I was told to park parallel. I immediately asked for clarification but did not hear back at any point during my 4-night stay.

Five Star Perfection!

Love this adorable Nashville getaway! Easy communication with the host. Apartment has everything you need and was clean from top to bottom. The layout and decor were beautiful! Check-in and check-out was a breeze. As good as all this sounds, the best thing about it has to be the location! Located less than a mile from the 12 South area which has the cutest shops, coffee and restaurants. If you decide to go explore Nashville, you are less than 3 miles away and you can drive or take the Wego bus that will take you into Nashville and bring you right back to 12 South for less than 4 a day -much cheaper than parking in the city! We didn’t find one negative thing about our stay here but too many positives to list!

Excellent overall, but you’ll need a laundry

Guidebook states there’s a key to a laundry (&gym), but turns out that doesn’t apply to this rental. We stayed 5 nights (from out of the country) so needed to wash towels & clothes; you’ll need a launderette for this. Otherwise super.

Very cute loft

We enjoyed our stay. Loft was in a beautiful neighborhood although it was about 3 miles from downtown. Our only negative was the lack of response from our host. There were no hangers in the apartment. I reached out asking if there were any but no response. As a result we had to lay our clothes over the furniture. It could have been an easy fix if only our host responded. Also, the tv was streaming which shouldn’t have been a problem but we couldn’t get any network tv at all. All in all, a very cute space.

First Time in Nashville

Nice area that was just a 10 minute walk to 12 south street with restaurants and shopping. Ubers were plentiful and was a great area to stay in. I would book here again for our next Nashville stay.

Wedding weekend

The area is absolutely perfect if you want to stay somewhere you can walk to the shops and restaurants on 12 south. The neighborhood is great for walking and very safe. The upstairs garage apartment is just right for 2 people. We had everything we needed plus coffee, creamer and Splenda. It’s a little confusing about where to park but we used the photo that was provided and had no problems. Only issue was the downstairs door to the garage was not locked from our side of the apartment. We had a great weekend and would return.

Great place, would stay again!

Great property and we would definitely stay here again! Located in a quiet residential area next to a church (bell chimes weren’t too bad!). Great location and a walkable area. Quick ride to local restaurants, cafes and shops. The unit is exactly as shown on the listing and have comfy! Some information posted on vrbo, in the email that was sent out and in one other location differed about early check-in, but communication with host was easy and we got a response same day.
