Our family of 6 (4 adult children) stayed here on a Christmas trip. We were very pleased. It’s easy walking distance to spots in The Gulch, Music Row, and Midtown. Walkable or a quick Uber ride to Vandy and Broadway. We did not have a car and I wouldn’t really recommend one as parking in these units is tricky. There’s not much room and they converted the garage in this place to a game room which is cool. Nice kitchen- plenty of dishes, glasses, cups etc. bathroom on the main floor is a bit small and cramped with no place to put toiletries but we made do. Host communications were excellent, as good as and perhaps the best I’ve had through VRBO. Lots of stairs in this place so if that’s an issue this is probably not the place for you. Overall, this was a great experience and worked out perfectly for our family.

A great place for a friends trip

The house was perfect for our party of 8. Everyone had their own room and is walkable distance from town. The team which ran the house was a pleasure to work with as well. I will stay here in a heart beat if I am ever in Nashville again!

Great Location - Great Stay

This place was perfect for our group and suited all of our needs. The roof deck and garage are great amenities for a group. The location is just a quick drive to all of the main areas in Nashville. Would recommend for any group or family.

Delightful

Great home! We were a group of 12 ladies. The house was perfect for all of us. With 4 levels everyone had enough room . We enjoyed gathering in the open concept kitchen/living room. Beds were comfy and linens very clean. Bathrooms were very spacious with lots of counter space. Game room a plus! Would definitely stay again.

Great place!

Great location. Quiet area of Nashville within 5 mins of all the fun spots. The beds are super comfy and the AC works amazingly! Definitely would stay again.

Great stay for our bachelor party

We had a great time. The rooftop was an awesome hang out spot, we ate a ton of McDougal's chicken a short walk away, it's a quick ride to music row. There were 11 of us and everyone had a place to sleep. I would recommend for sure.

60 year old buddy trip - 7 of us

Overall decent place to stay - easy walk to Gulch, 30 min walk to Broadway. General condition is average, can’t sit on the living room couch - unbelievably uncomfortable and needs to be replaced along with the table in front of it. Cleanliness was average - stairs weren’t cleaned and the stove & oven were dirty to the point it smoked while preheating. Ping-pong racquets both broken. Some showers had soap and shampoo, some didn’t. Ice maker doesn’t work, bad news for cocktail makers…had to bring ice in. Garbage situation is awful, when we arrived on a Monday the cans on road were overfilled with easily 15-20 bags piled on the ground so we and other units added to the pile until Thursday pick-up. Frequent VRBO user, this one has room for simple improvements, hope it’s kept up better going forward.

40th celebration

This property is perfect for a group of 8-10 people. We all had our own room, our own bathrooms, and plenty of common space to hang out together! Loved the entire feel of this house! The property management was very responsive and super helpful. We would highly recommend this place!

Good spot for a boys weekend

The place was perfect for a 6-pack of dudes in their 30s to hang out for the weekend. Close enough to the Gulch for a nice walk. Lots of bathrooms and beds. Fun stuff to do in the garage and the roof was cool too.

Thanksgiving Destination Vacation

Terrific location, safe neighborhood, pleasant townhouse! We came to Nashville for a destination vacation and had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation. Contacting the owners was super easy and communication was always available. Whole Foods is a few miles away along with Krogers and Publix near as well. Uber ride close to Broadway and all of the fun Nashville has to offer. We will return.

Girls Trip

The property was perfect for our Girls trip. We were able to spread out on the 4 floors and had a great time playing games and having morning coffee on the rooftop! Plenty of beds for us 10 ladies. We did walk to Broadway one day with stops in the middle.
