Close enough to enjoy the tourist activities and perfect backyard porch for taking a break from those tourist activities. Great communication with the host(s). The driveway is a bit tricky, but no damper on the visit.

House was very nice and clean. Missing simple things like baking item's or oven mits so was forced to use other things when cooking. Have to walk around the street to get from the back yard where you park to the front door that has the key pad for entry. Back door key pad does not work at all. But the back is completely fenced in and was nice to find the back parking was also fenced in with an electric gate so our vehicle felt completely safe.

Cozy home. Convenient location for downtown. Able to park out back but aceess only from the front door. Surrounding area seemed a little sketchy. Could spend a little time out the yard for some better curb appeal. Also...no towel hooks or bars.

The house is close to Broadway and Nissan Stadium but out of the busy and loud that Broadway is. It's an easy drive to the action. And it is a really nice house, we loved it.

Great location

Great location with a small park directly across the street. The gated backyard parking made it feel safer and secure. House was clean and had plenty of space. Pots and pans were in terrible shape but they had everything else we needed. Would stay again and recommend.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed staying in this house and would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It is a really quiet neighborhood and not far from downtown. The front of the house was overgrown and you couldn't see the house numbers and the tree out back had tree branches over the sidewalk but nothing trimming couldn't fix.

Easy to get around

Cute house and plenty of room. The kids loved the park across the street. It’s close to down town and easy access to get to the mall or the Opry. Quiet neighborhood and a Family Dollar on the corner to get last minute needs. The renters are great to work with and even let us in early due to storms. They Rock! I’d stay again

Very quiet convenient location.

Overall a very nice place. For whatever reason we could not get the back door to open with the code. A small inconvenience. Each of the bathrooms could use a toilet brush. A small detail. Our Uber rides ranged in price from 10 to 35 to go to the same location. Nothing to do with the stay. Just a heads up. Overall we would use this house again.

Great Home in Nashville

Nice stay for 6 adults. Plenty of room and great to have all beds queen or king. Table room for all of us. Good neighborhood

Getting into the front door was no real problem. However, openning back gate was confusing. frustrating, and instructions were of poor quality. There were, at most 3 mismatched spoons and very limited other cutlery in the kitchen. The shower in the master bath was broken and not funcioning. The remaining useable shower was dangerously slippery and not suitable for elderly guests. Overall, I was disappointed. I have used VRBO a few times(3-4) over the last 20yrs. This did not compare favorably to my previous experiences. Would not recommend this unit.

Unfortunately we didn't arrive until late at night so it was dark when we arrived. The street was very dark and the house didn't look very welcoming. The yard and bushes were much more overgrown than pictures showed. The deck was also crumbling and had chunks of wood and paint missing Upon entering the house the initial impression was good. But quickly that changed. As we looked around there was a large dust web running down the entire length of the light hanging above the kitchen table. Door frames had a layer of dust running around them. Lamps, blinds and other areas also had a layer of dust & dirt on them. One door had what looked like a fruit snack between the door and the frame. Back to the kitchen. There was a severe lack of utensils, silverware, cooking ware and serving ware. We chose to rent a house and not a hotel because we were going to be cookjng a majority of our meals at the house. The lack of everything made this very hard to do. The area of the house seemed to be ok at first. But when a couple people attempted to walk to a nearby store, they turned around and came back because of the area and people lurking around outside. I feel like the house is right on an imaginary line of a safe area and not safe. It was nice that we only had about a 5 minute drive to Broadway and most other places we wanted to go. Overall, the house wasnt going to collapse on itself, but it does need some attention and a very good deep clean. I have addressed this with the company,

Quiet stay for family of the groom

We’re in town for a family wedding. Most of the family stayed in a VRBO loft in printers alley. We were so grateful to be in this quiet house 5 min from the action. It was a little clumsy parking the vehicles inside the keyed gate then having to go around to the front to enter house but the location and quiet neighborhood made up for that!
