"Chandler's place was perfect for what we needed - big beds and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable and have privacy. I also liked this place because it could accommodate parking easily and was quiet compared to what I read you might encounter with other properties in downtown Newport. "Spotless! Incredibly well equipped with absolutely everything for the kitchen,dining,bathroom and otherwise. Gorgeous finishes and layout, bedding was so comfy I’m buying the same for my house! Ed was so quick and easy to communicate with and very accommodating with answers to questions ( though we didn’t need anything bc it’s so well stocked.) loved sitting on the front porch in the evenings, great place to walk/run and the BEST part is there are 2 easy beach access points around 50 yds away!...

"We spent most of our visit watching the cormorants out the window or on the back deck, when it was warm enough. Although we missed the sunrise, we did enjoy the sunsets. The house was a block away from Localz, which was a great spot for dinner and drinks. The house was very clean, tastefully decorated and had every amenity you would need."

"The cottages were well maintained and quaint in appearance and location. We had to work remotely for a few days which was challenging when meetings occurred simultaneously for my husband and I because there is only setting downstairs (just bed upstairs). It would be nice to know if you have a parking spot in front of your cottage or not when booking. Our cottage required us to park and walk to the cottage which was not a big deal but would have been nice to know when booking for planning...

"Cute place near the southern part of the Cliff Walk. It is a mile or so from the wharf and restaurants & we did lots of walking, but if you aren't up for lots of walking, then you need a car, or can do lyft. The kitchen has everything you need for coffee, or to cook/reheat food. The bedroom and bath are up stairs, which was fine with us. Everything was clean and comfortable with everything wet needed for a few days. The host Lou was good at communicating, and checking in. We enjoyed our stay...

"The "suite" was beautiful and right in the heart of town. Walking distance to just about everything which made this quick getaway very easy. Everything that we could have needed was provided and that bathroom was WOW!!. Only thing that other guests should be aware of is that if you're traveling with a dog they can't be left unattended. The only issue were 1) location - not close to beach and parking was impossible 2) construction on property took away the advertised screened in porch which could have been a children’s bedroom 3) carpeted kitchen???
