The room WIFI wasn't working (important to international travelers). After 30 minutes of trying, went to the front desk, where they said it wasn't working. They did give us the staff login, but I thought this was something that could have been mentioned at check-in.

Was a lovely place to stay, very convenient having a restaurant on the premises, so we could just pop in for a feed and then walk back to our room afterwards. Very child friendly
