This condo is well furnished and in a beautiful building. Spectacular sunsets were seen from the balcony every evening of our week’s stay. This is a great accommodation that you will truly like.

Lovely view, and property, however, there was work being done on the balconies, days of jack-hammering and scaffolding going up and down on our building. Had we known, we might have chosen a different location.

Location is centrally located on Marco & easy access to walk for breakfast or down to beach. Location is right near Tigertail beach which is great for shelling or walks. Pool and fitness rooms were really good. Condo was clean, nicely furnished. Arloa was attentive if any qs arose. Sunset views were terrific from balcony. Would definitely stay in this place again!

Our stay was so wonderful, we love Marco Island! The condo location and amenities were great. The only negative thing was that the cleaning service walked into our condo without knocking two days before we were scheduled to check out. We will be back!! Thank you!

The condo was exactly as advertised. Parking was easy, the Condo building was nice with 3 elevators. The unit was clean, well stocked, the beds were comfy and had a great view from the balcony. Our kids loved the pool. The building is conveniently located close to the restaurants and shops of Marco Island. The only consideration we would have is that the beach is really wide (not just at this location but everywhere). Although the condo building is right on the beach, the walk from the condo to the beach front is really long, and made a bit harder if you're carrying beach gear or pulling wagon. That said, the beach is wonderful, was perfect temperature for swimming and sunbathing. We'd definitely rent this unit again if coming back to Marco Island.

Unit was as advertised. Clean and all amenities were very good. Pool area, gym, beach access and proximity to restaurants was excellent. Going to the beach is a long walk. Although the beach is next to the property, the beach is probably more than 1/4 of a mile wide. It is a haul to get to the water.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay in this beautiful condo! It was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The host was super responsive to any questions we had throughout booking and arrival. The pool was beautiful, and the building itself was nice and quiet. We found everyone at South Seas (both guests and staff) to be friendly and helpful. The location was great and the sunsets from the balcony were spectacular!

All the comforts of home, and a great location to do what you love most! We also felt very safe in the complex, and enjoyed being accessible to nearly everything! Anything you could ever want in the condo was available, which was so convenient! Had some struggles with the door, but we figured out some tricks :) Overall, incredibly pleasant!
