"Condo was in a perfect location, short walk to the beach. My sister and I enjoyed the pool too and the surrounding area-very safe to walk in morning and night. Even walked to breakfast one morning! The host was super responsive and provided great recommendations. We would stay here again!"

I want to be perfectly clear on this next point, this bothered my GF more than I, The only issue we had was there was "NO" window treatments (Blinds ETC) on the door wall, kitchen, or living room windows. It would not prevent me from staying again, but she would definitely bring it up, onour next trip. Still Awesome!"

"This was a perfect property for our week-long family vacation. The space was obviously recently updated, so was fresh, clean and quite comfortable. It was just the right size for my wife, teenager (14) and me, with the teenager on the pull-out sofa in the living room. (You could swap one teenager for 2 smaller children, I'd guess.) The kitchen is a bit limited (toaster oven vs traditional oven) but we had not problem with making our own meals (and thanks for the Keurig coffees!) The view is...

Just as described.. easy check in and check out....unit had everything you needed and then some :) first unit we have rented that had a very extensive binder, it even included directions on how to use the remotes !!! host was great and responded to inquiries promptly (just asked for dining recommendations .... will be back...loved the unit, complex and the Marco Island area."

"Nice 2nd floor property is good shape. Property manager is excellent and available. Good view of pool and easy access to beach. Pool is nice and fairly big. The only negative for us was even though beach access was close, the beach is so wide, it can be a hike to actually reach the gulf water."
