Everything worked out well for our first stay in Marco. The condo was perfect for our needs and was a real pleasure to stay there. Great view of the Gulf, perfect sunsets, sunny balcony, manageable walk to the beach…the location was perfect! Everything was a 10 minute drive and very easy to navigate. The host responded to questions timely and also allowed for a late checkout since nobody was coming that day. Would definitely recommend this property.

We just returned from a 7-day vacation in this gorgeous condo. My husband & I traveled with our 20 & 18 yr old daughters. Complex is beautiful & everything is very nice. With that said, there seemed to be many rules here. The many rules didn’t bother us too much, however, we just wished the pool didn’t close at 6pm. The attendant did mention to us that the pool will stay open longer as the season progresses-this was Winter time…that’s most likely why. I will say if you want peace & quiet-this is your place. It is tranquil, calm & extremely quiet. I met many neighbors that live there & already miss seeing them. They are super kind & keep an eye on the complex-which we liked. The condo is beautiful, has everything you need for a home away from home. We absolutely loved it. I really loved the white kitchen…I cleaned it more than I clean mine at home! Ha! I will say my most favorite thing about this condo were the rocking chairs on the patio. Many nights rocking in those!! Our girls enjoyed them as well. The ocean is a walk, but isn’t bad. The sand is graded each day & makes it an easier walk to the ocean. Viewing the ocean from the deck each day is so relaxing. The best part is the walk to Tiger-tail Beach. Just gorgeous & fun to see a different way to the Ocean-side. This was a perfect vacation for our family as we wanted to relax before school started back up. With that said, if you want more lively, hear music, people having fun, etc…this may not be the vacation spot.

The towers badly need a technology update. The antiquated key system is laughably bad. It’s 2025 not 1985. Get an app or access cards. The unit itself was dated. Not sufficient for a long term stay. Passable for a short stay. No where to store soap, shampoo in shower. Blinds are very bad. Couch is worn. Cable tv was a nice touch. Beach wagon was very flimsy and handle pulled off. Beach is a LONG walk to the water line. Pool was not well heated and they no food allowed was laughable , they really make it a chore to enjoy the pool with kids who might want a snack. There was also a lovely fireball that went off at 4:55 am our first night.

Perfect getaway with the works!

Beautiful and clean property with gorgeous coastal decor. Owner was amazing and very communicative! Even had umbrellas and beach chairs for use while there! Will definitely be back! Thank you!!

Very nice view from huge balcony. Quiet condo. Elevators were easy with no wait time. A bit of a walk to get to Ocean. Plenty of places to eat. Very relaxing place.

Lovely View

Checking in was a nightmare. The buzzer to let us into the building didn't work, and the owner of the condo didn't respond to our calls for help. Some other renters we met had the same experience so they let us into the building and helped us locate the key and the condo. The 100 parking fee for a four day stay was ridiculous. We understand it's to deter short term rentals, but we were not informed of this fee before we signed the contract and paid for the rental. The condo itself was lovely and well equipped.

Our first visit to Marco Island and we were not dissappointed. Our condo had an excellent view including sunsets. (not all units can see sunset) The owner was very helpful and responded immediately The unit furnishing were very nice including full kitchen. The walk out to the beach is a small distance but they provide a beach wagon and chairs.

Immaculate complex with easy beach access! The property and condo were both extremely well maintained making it easy to have a great trip. The complex is quiet but polite kids were more than welcomed. Beach access was fantastic and the beach was stunning!

Beautiful View

We had a great week staying here! It was easy to get a hold of the owner for a couple of things, the condo had everything we needed! I will add though that the walk to the beach was just under half of a mile-totally doable and not bad in MY opinion but was a little long for the little ones-especially the walk back! Highly recommend going down for the sunset, they’re beautiful! Restaurant recommendations in the area…Samis for pizza(SOOO GOOD!), Snook Inn for dinner on the water, Doreen’s Cup of Joe for breakfast (walking distance) and we may have had Sweet Annie’s Ice Cream almost every night! All in all we had a great week!

Great property with fabulous views!

This Condo is very nice and clean! It is perfect if you have 5 people as the second bedroom has beds for 3. The Condo has everything you need for your stay, including beach chairs, towels and toys. The beach at Marco island is one of the best beaches Florida. The pool is also great! Would highly recommend this rental property.

It was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room for all of us. I loved the Coastal decor and the great views. The grandchildren were calling it home by the second day. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful stay on Marco Island

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful time on the island. The unit was beautifully furnished, the location perfect for exploring tigertail beach and shell hunting. The towers have a heated pool that was great to relax in after a day away. We would stay here again and would highly recommend to family and friends. Thanks again we a lovely holiday !

Christmas Getaway

This is a beautiful condo in Marco Island. The property manager was amazing. She even decorated the condo for Christmas for my family. My boys were so excited when we walked in the condo to see a small tree and lights. It felt like home. The amentities were great! My boys loved playing pickleball at the courts. My husband also enjoyed the workout room. Pool was large and had plenty of space. We would love to come back in the future.

Beautiful and quiet condo!

This condo was wonderful! The beds and furniture were all so comfortable! There was no noise from surrounding units so it was very quiet and made for great sleep! The views and seating in the porch were amazing. We especially loved the little porch off the kitchen in the mornings! The walk to the beach took about 10 minutes so the wagon with beach chairs was priceless for carrying all the beach gear! Super thankful that was included in the stay! We LOVED the pickle ball and tennis courts, shuffleboard, etc! It was amazing to get to use those at our leisure! The pickleball courts stayed pretty full from 8-10ish but after that we felt like we could pop in and enjoy them at any point during the day. I will add one note for families with kids - be aware that there are a lot of rules associated with this set of buildings. The pool does not allow pool toys of any kind. My kids were the only ones in the pool and were super calm and quiet but were still not allowed to throw a football to each other. The pool is so nice and warm that we were also bummed to see that it closed before it was even dark outside. I just encourage starting the day outside early because once the sun goes down, you really can’t enjoy the amenities like pool and sports courts….which felt very early in November at 5:45pm. Another recommendation - go to the beach at lowest tide/sunrise if you can. Simply amazing. This was a lovely stay for our first trip to Marco Island!
