El recibimiento, las recomendaciones de restaurantes y zonas a visitar fueron muy correctas. La ducha del baño algo pequeña y la alcachofa no funcionaba bien. Por lo demás, la habitación muy limpia.

The apartment was so spacious and conveniently located in the heart of Napoli. We all slept very well because the beds are very comfortable. Although, outside is full of action and people, the windows and covering kept the noise out at night. In the mornings and most nights it was quiet. We would definitely love to stay here again! The only slight issue is people should know the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator, of course because its in an old building. This was not a huge problem but it would be good to know for people with limited movement issues, i had recently broke my leg and it stood out. Thanks to our host!

Spaccanapoli sehen und sterben wie Goethe
Palazzo Marigliano ist ein altes Haus in der Ausgehmeile von Napoli sogenannte "Spaccanapoli" in herzen der Stadt. Das hat seine Vor- und Nachteile. Erst die scöne Seite. Es ist sehr lebhaft und interessant dort. Es gibt dort sehr viele gute Restaurants und nette Bars uns es wimmelt dort von Menschen. Das Haus hat auch sein Charme und unsere Wohnung war sehr geräumig mit zwei großen Schlafzimmern. Dann die Schattenseite, es ist natürlich abends sehr laut dort. Und das Haus hat keinen Aufzug und die Gänge sind schmal. Die Aussentor ist nicht einfach aufzuschließen, es braucht schon viel Fingergefühl und Geduld. Und Matrazen waren für unseren Geschmack zu weich. Und es ist auch eine kleine Herausforderung fünf Tage mit den gleichen Handtuchset zu schaffen, aber natürlich sehr Umweltfreundlich. Dann war da noch das interessante Check-In. Unsere Gastgeber hat uns ein Video geschickt und das Check-In von der Entfernung organisiert, es hat ja alles auch gut geklappt, aber mir hat der menschliche Kontakt gefehlt. Für meine Arbeit verbringe ca. 100 Tage im Jahr in verschiedenen Hotels, daher im Urlaub mag ich es lieber persönlich als unpersönlich. Meine Fazit wäre, die Wohnung ist nichts für alte Menschen mit Gehschwierigkeiten, sondern eher für junge Menschen oder Familien mit Lust zum ausgehen. Und auch dann die Ohrstöpsel nicht vergessen :-)

I was thrilled to see the palazzo - it really added a dash of excitement to an already thrilling trip to Naples. Entering the courtyard was very special and the apartment itself was very large and appointed in the bedrooms with lovely antiques that complemented the style of the building. The location is superb for getting right into the action of city life. Our unit, the Don Paolo, was several floors up so we didn’t hear any noise. The A/C and the Wi-if worked perfectly. The owner was very responsive and check-in is handled very effectively and efficiently. Our unit had a wonderful kitchen with a great oven, but unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to use it. The building does not have an elevator so be mindful of that if it’s a potential problem for you. Naples is a fabulous city, full of life and wonderful people. Please don’t believe the stereotype that there are pickpockets on every corner; we never felt unsafe for a moment. The location of the palazzo is right in the midst of the historic center and you will enjoy the vibrant scene at its door.

Had a great stay at Palazzo Marigliano. Enrico has such a thorough, efficient method of getting information to you, that I had one of the easiest contactless check in experiences I’ve ever had. The room was spacious and quiet and the location is incredible. You can literally walk out of the hotel and straight to some amazing Naples street food. Really enjoyed my stay here and I will be back. Thank you!

The historic property was beautiful and had a large roof terrace that was a nice retreat after a long day of walking. It was incredibly quiet for being right in the heart of Naples.

There were ants all over. Shower didn't drain and they sent someone and he didn't fix it. He also left our door open when he left. Anyone could have walked in. I would not let them back in. We were not informed we would have to walk up 5 flights with all our luggage. We were not to use air conditioning with hair dryer. We were not happy there.

It was a clean, comfortable room with AC that worked. Enrico the manager was wonderful. He sent us instructions on how to enter the room that were clear and concise. I would stay there again if coming back to Naples.

The apartment was HUGE! The A/C worked well and we loved our time in Napoli. If you can handle stairs, then I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a lovely stay in this really enchanting residence. Climbing up the steps kept us all fit so we did not feel too guilty when we indulged on all the amazing local food offering . Will definitely be returning here

Excellent location, right in the heart of the Old Town, with tons of food, culture, and shopping options nearby. It's also about 5 minutes away from the subway station and 12 minutes from the central train station, so you can easily get around Napoli and its surrounding areas from there. The apartment was very clean and functional. The management was responsive to all communications; they were doing it via messaging to avoid in-person contact during these Covid times, but everything ran as smoothly (if not better) than a regular hotel front desk.

Clean room but sketchy area
The room was fine. The Television did not work. I would have liked a comforter or a blanket. We had a sheet. The room was very clean and beautiful inside. The neighborhood was sketchy. I did not feel comfortable walking around especially at night. My taxi driver was nervous to leave me off there. As for the service, we needed a 4:00am taxi and the contact was wonderful in arranging this. It felt more like an air bnb than a hotel. I was expecting a hotel and someone available in person when we come and go.

Very nice hotel right in the heart of Naples. Our room was impeccable and tastefully decorated. The high ceilings made the room feel spacious and airy. The host was responsive and the self check-in was smooth since he had provided a video beforehand with all details and necessary explanation. Staying at the Palazzo Marigliano is an experience in itself. Loved the small pocket door to access the property. Beautiful hotel overall!

No one was present to greet us or help us to our room. Instead they asked us to watch a You Tube video about how to access our room, which was adjacent to a very small courtyard like space that smelled of cigarette smoke. The room had no natural light and the windows opened into a walled off area. The bathtub/shower were small and looked like a tardus. The room was charmless.

Gorgeous Room in the Heart of Naples
This was a gorgeous little apartment—centrally located, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. It does require going up a flight of stairs and down a half-flight of very steep stairs, so folks with mobility issues and/or an incredibly heavy suitcase should take note. But for folks who don't mind stairs and are traveling light, this is a great room.

Nous avons passé un séjour de 4 nuits en février. Nous avions réservé une suite, deux chambres, au premier étage sur une rue piétonne. La literie était très confortable. Très bon accueil avec une personne parlant français. Cet ancien palais avait du charme et nous n'avons aucunement été incommodés des bruits de la rue. Résidence très bien située pour visiter Naples et petit déjeuner possible juste en face. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement .

Struttura centrale e molto ben tenuta. Un po' scomodo l'ingresso e poca privacy nel bagno per mancanza di tende o tapparelle, anche se il bagno si affaccia sul muro della casa di fronte. La struttura è comunque da consigliare.

Die Unterkunft liegt mitten im Stadtkern der Altstadt. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung zu frühstücken und am Abend essen zu gehen. Die Wege zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten relativ kurz. Das Romantikzimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss, daher etwas dunkel und wenig Tageslicht. Ansonsten alles super.

Great location! There is a great restaurant and pizzeria right in front of the property. The property itself is beautiful, and the owner was so kind and so helpful! We got in very late, and he was so helpful and accommodating. The room was quite large and very clean. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

スカッパナポリ中心にある民泊。 場所を探すのに苦労したが部屋も広く問題なし。 階段がありエレベーターがないので大きな荷物があると少し不便。市街の中心部にありすぎて公共交通機関からも少し離れる。 ただそれに勝るスカッパナポリの中心は観光に良い場所でした。

The room was clean and bigger than we expected! There is amazing food all around and the owner was very informative! It was about a 15 minute tram ride to get to the Trevi fountain, so not bad at all!

In viaggio con quattro amiche, Enrico ci ha accolto e indicato itinerario migliore per sfruttare i due giorni a disposizione. Città caotica sicuramente ma allegra e divertente, profumo di pizza dalla mattina presto alla sera, la struttura in pieno centro storico comodissima per visitare innumerevoli attrazioni. Abbiamo preso la funicolare per andare al Vomero e ritorno, dall'aeroporto in taxi, comodo e veloce. Ottima esperienza.

High Spec Accomodation
The accommodation is decent and bang in the middle of old town near the many of the key tourist attraction. Enrico who checked me in was super help and managed booking the taxi for me without any problems. I was worried about noise from previous reviews but did not encounter any issues at night.
