My family and I (all 18) just returned from Marco Island. I recommend staying at this unit. My first impression was that it was very clean. Even the balcony was very clean, so much so, that it did not make you feet dirty. The unit is also very smartly stocked. This is the first unit I've stayed at that had nice beach towels. It also had beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, a beach wagon, and a drying rack for towels. The kitchen was comparably well stocked. Parking was easy and the unit is close to the main street with stores and restaurants. I have two small complaints that would not discourage me from staying here and really has nothing to do with the unit itself. First, there is a 100 fee to park for a week in addition to the cost of the unit. Secondly, we were surprised at how far away the ocean was from the building. The beach itself is adjacent to the lovely pool, but the actual walk to the water is quite a distance. A person with limited mobility will have difficulty getting to the ocean. We laughed that you do not walk the beach, but walk TO the beach. We very much enjoyed our stay.
