The condo was super cute and beautifully decorated. It was very clean and had everything you needed and then some. It was perfect my husband and I. We enjoyed the pool and sitting out on the lanai for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening dolphin watching. The host had a welcoming basket for us which was so nice. Highly recommended this condo . We will definitely be back.

A little paradise

Property is nestled along the bay..great views and sunrise. Lived easy walk to restaurants and bike rental. Pool amenities were nice.

Great condo on the bay

Condo was exactly as the pictures showed & there were many amenities to ensure guests had everything that they needed . Fantastic location and I would highly recommend for a Marco Island visit. Excellent rental and we will stay again .

This condo was amazing! We enjoyed everything about it! The view was priceless we saw so many boats and animals passing by it was incredible! Also the condo was so clean and had everything we needed. All the toiletries and kitchen supplies were provided. We had a bit of an issue getting inside with the keypad but with one phone call we were helped and easily got inside. We will DEFINITELY be back! Anytime we’ve come to Marco, which has been for the past 15 years. We have rented a home and brought our family. This was the first time my husband and I stayed in a condo and it is something I would definitely recommend!

A Short Getaway

This condo was perfect for the two of us. It is decorated nicely and was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed being on a marina and seeing boats going by throughout the day. We even saw dolphins one evening as we were walking. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved it here! Relaxing, peaceful and beautiful. The unit was nicely decorated, very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable trip. Lovely view on the lanai of sunrises, beautiful birds, boats going by and dolphins swimming. Good location to restaurants and short drive to the beach. I would highly recommend this condo.

Fabulous time!

The place was perfect for us! Extremely clean and it was in a great location. Loved the lanai. Watched the dolphins and boats every morning with our cup of coffee and glass of wine in the evening. We would definitely go back. Some stemmed wine glasses would be nice but other than that there was everything we needed.

Lovely spot and perfect position

2nd year running we have stayed in this apartment. Clean, well stocked, modern and the balcony is in the perfect position to just enjoy and watch the world go by. The pool area is great and it is in walking distance to the Snook Inn, the go to waterfront dining on Marco, which means we don't have to worry to much about how many margaritas or beers, or a designated driver. Highly recommended.

Two weeks in heaven

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the waterfront condo. The room was beautifully laid out, expertly decorated and was equipped with everything we could have asked for to make the stay perfect. The view out the lanai was beautiful and you can sit there quite content for hours just watching the boats go by. We’ve already booked for next year. Loved it!!

For all round relaxation and sun this is the perfect spot. The unit lived up to all expectations. Restaurants in the area were reasonably priced. Shopping very expensive. My only complaint

Winter Escape

My husband and I traveled to Marco Island for the first time, looking forward to enjoying a week of relaxation. Hours before our arrival at the condo, we were notified that we would not be able to use the lanai during our stay. We had been previously notified that there would be a 50/50 chance of that happening, so we just took the chance. Unfortunately, it did not work out the way we planned. Construction was ongoing all week long, which we spent most of that time away from the condo. Although the condo was beautifully updated as pictured, not being able to enjoy that view on the water at the price we paid, left us feeling mildly irritated and kind of cheated to say the least, however, we did try to make the best of the situation. We just feel that the price should have been reduced knowing the inconvenience the renters would endure during this phase of construction.

What a great find.....

We previously stayed in Marco Island in a condo on the beach, but decided to try the Riverside Club this time (particularly as it is walking distance to the Snook Inn, our favorite restaurant/bar here.....which was unfortunately still closed following Hurricane Ian!). Bottom line...we'll be returning here again. The apartment is perfect: spacious, clean, great views from the lanai (we saw dolphins regularly, boats, iguanas, osprey and even saw a black-fin shark chasing a stingray!). The communication from the owner and management company was spot on. The only issue we had was car park access as we arrived on the 4th July after 4.00 pm and no-one was around to help when the QR code didn't work. This appeared to be a software issue as the site management left the entry gate open for the remainder of our stay. There are 2 great pools to choose from, relatively empty in July, and our only other recommendation was to get parasols around the pool but, again, this is down to site management. Other than those two points I would recommend this property and its owner 100% and look forward to returning when we come over from England again.
