Annual Marco Island visit

Our condo is always very clean. Modern decorating.South Seas has very secure grounds. Well run pool atmosphere. Marco Island never disappoints.

Marco island visit

Overall our first visit to Marco Island was ok. The main disappointment and cause of additional cost can be equated to paying to go to Disney World and finding that the rides are closed. Our main purpose of visiting was shelling Tiger tail beach. We chose this unit as it was right out the front door. It was closed due to beach repair construction. So we spent additional moneys to go to Keewaydin and other islands. Nowhere in the advertising or unit description did it say the beach was closed, and we found out it has been closed well before we booked. Also, when we checked in, we had to pay 100 additional cash to park in the facility. Not mentioned in the unit information or disclosed. Our unit was not clean when we arrived. Unfinished water bottle next to couch and hair in bathroom. The unit itself was well equipped.and of course the view of the Gulf and sunsets were very good.. Another disappointment was the fact that we initiated communication with the owner four days from our arrival, regarding check in information when the original confirmation said we would receive checkin contact a week before check in.. A little uncomfortable when we paid such a large rental fee for the week. Another non disclosed item when we booked was that the beach/water front, although the buildings are considered water front,, it over a quarter mile from the condo door to the water. It's a hike! Also,daily the pool noise outside, kids, prevented enjoyment of the balcony Overall not good

Fabulous Views From This Condo!

Girls trip to Marco Island in this fabulous 17th floor condo with magnificent views of the ocean and Marco Island! Check in process and communication with the owner, Ken, went well. Ken was easily accessible and called us twice to check how things were going. Pros:1)Updated and spacious with lots of windows2)Beautiful well stocked kitchen3)Large TV’s in living room and both bedrooms4)Wonderful big balcony with several seating options over looking the pool and ocean…lounge chairs my fav5)Beach chairs and wheeled cartCons:1)100/week parking fee2)Having to use actual keys to condo, lobby, gate to beach. Would be nice to have coded keypads to everything. 3)TV in master bedroom had cable, but I could not figure out how to get streaming channels like the other 2 TV’s. Ken attempted to help, but never got it to work. 4)Condo was mostly very clean, but maybe didn’t get swept very well. Finger nails/toe nails on floor of master BR and bath. 5)Teflon skillets all scratched up. No condo is perfect for every renter, but over all this condo was great!!

Great Vacation

The property was excelllent with fabulous views. Highly recommend and would stay here again.Lots of nice extras in the unit like lounge chairs, games, beach towels, all the kitchen necessities, etc. Having stayed in a lot of rentals having these comforts really makes a positive difference.

Another perfect stay!

This was our second visit to this property. And reservations for next year as well. The owner, Ken, is so easy to reach and talk to. He is always concerned about your happiness with the space. The condo is very clean and has everything you need for a visit to Marco Island.

Great experience and condo

Simple check in and check out. Owner was very responsive. Condo is exactly what the pictures present - very nicely updated and extremely comfortable. Great views. Entire condo complex has private access and all amenities were available whenever we wanted. Overall great experience.

Amazing

This was such a great experience and such a wonderful stay! It was very clean and the views were amazing and breathtaking. The property is located in a great location with a great view of the Gulf as well as a short walk to the beach. We had an amazing vacation and look forward to coming back soon. Another Great 2 Weeks in Marco

This was our 2nd time in this beautiful condo. The ocean and pool view from the 17th floor is the best cure for the northeastern winter blues. Ken is readily available and a great host. The linens, cookware and furniture don't disappoint. Beach items are in the bedroom closet. Washer/dryer next to elevators are clean and always available when we needed them (easy to use with a phone app or card purchased in lobby). There's a keypad code to use at the pool and beach gates. It's good to know that Ken is just a call or text away if you have any questions. We loved it!

Nice 2-bedroom apt, very clean, modern kitchen, closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys. Huge balcony with beautiful beach/marsh/sunset view. Large pool. It's 1 of 4 large towers, easy parking and can walk to few restaurants (italian, thai/sushi and breakfast/lunch cafe), drive to markets. It's about half hour from Naples for higher end shops and dining. The only drawback is that it's a VERY wide beach and while beautiful, it's a haul to walk with chairs and stuff out to water. Yet, great for walking so we mostly hung by the pool and did our walking along the beach. The balcony is very sunny in the afternoons with table/chairs. The owner Ken is very accessible.

Beautiful Marco Condo

This was my husband and children's first time to Marco Island and my first time staying at South Seas. We loved it! The condo was beautiful, spacious and had stunning views. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards for the kids. The location next to Tiger Tail was perfect as we could take morning and evening walks without all the traffic from the other end of the beach. It is a long walk to the water, but with the right shoes it's great exercise! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with my family!

Outstanding condo and views

This was our 2nd time staying at Ken's property and it was just as perfect as I remembered. The condo is very clean and well decorated. The views are absolutely the crown of this property. You can watch the sunrise from the kitchen balcony and sunset from the back. This year someone sang "God Bless America" at every sunset right when the sun touched the sea. Everyone would break out in cheer and clap each evening. Just a testament to all who stay and reside at South Seas. It's truly a special place. The condo is walking distance to many restaurants and a great bagel shop. It is a little walk around Tiger Tail to the main beach but it's very manageable. All condos have a walk because the beach is HUGE! The condo truly felt like home since this was a repeat vacation.

Spring Vacation 2022

We enjoyed our stay. The condo and the grounds were beautiful. The one feedback I would have is that the female pool attendant walked around and bad mouthed the non residents and we could hear her and this happened each day. It was not enjoyable to listen too.
