A home from home condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this condo. From it's cleanliness to the fully stocked cupboards of towels and kitchenware, this condo felt like home in no time at all. We'd have loved to stay longer and most certainly will be back. Thank you, we needed that lovely break.

Anglers Cove G201

Enjoyed amenities @ Anglers Cove. Condo was well located, near pool & hot tub and very clean. Two issues- heard elevator noise quite a bit and the living room tv was complicated to navigate and the audio was distorted. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. There was an electrical surge & the a/c went out but was repaired very quickly after notifying mgmt. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice Unit

Unit older but in good condition. No dishwasher. Location was fun. Especially with Tike Bar. Pools nice. A little disappointed with starter items. For example, 2 rolls of toilet paper doesn’t mean 1 full roll and 1/2 used roll. Should have been 2 full rolls & 1/2 used rolls. Also after 3 days Kleenex were gone. Obviously not full to start with. Last thing no dishwashing detergent. Know silly complaints just irritating to have to go buy. TV was messed up in living room with bad speakers. We sat in bed to watch TV. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay and unit was nice.

Met all the needs that matter

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental would not make the pages of House Beautiful but it provided all the amenities that matter. Clean, good comfortable bed, nice dressers, plenty of good quality linens, ok living room/dining room setup, decent bathrooms with well running showers. We loved the extra space with the cabana especially extra bathroom steps from pool. The apartment sized refrigerator was a challenge at time but the mini-fridge in cabana helped. However furniture in cabana is different from pics and isn’t as nice. Also, other reviews complained about elevator noise next door but all we heard is an occasional humming. With cabana steps, garage door and cabana slider getting in and out super convenient and no need for elevator.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were quite happy with our unit at Anglers Cove. Very efficient! We looked out at the pool. If we did not want to use stairs to go to the cabana we used the elevator located a few steps away. Supplied a laundry basket with wheels to get to facility. Location was great! Tiki hut located right in front with water view. No complaints! Grounds kept clean!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Reasonable well equipped. Three minor negavtive comments. The TV in the living room is shot everything must be unplugged before each use to trigger a roboot of the system. There is no chair in the bedroom. The two level lanai, to me, is useless because of the entire thing being glassed in and the stairway eating up half the space on the upper deck.

Nice location, older crowd

This was not the original place I booked for our trip so I was a little concerned about the surprise switch in where we were going to stay. Quiet condo, maybe too quiet. We felt the rules were really strict and I am a rule follower so I was anxious about being at the pool with older residents watching us, at least that’s how I felt. Was not comfortable with my family there. I have a son with special needs and we just wanted a place to relax and “vacation.” No one was rude, it was just a feeling of being in their space! If tourists are not desired there maybe they should not allow rentals in that association. Other than that, condo was decent, a little older, but comfortable. Not spotless but I didn’t feel it was dirty. I am not a complainer, we just wished we felt not on pins and needles around the residents!

Need a place to stay while visiting family

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’re there for 13 days and didn’t stay during day time, only come back to sleep at night. We’re next to elevator and it’s a bit noisy with people were using it. I don’t like the bathtub because a little bit small for me and during the shower, the drain didn’t go down well. We like to open the windows to have fresh air come in but we could not open because it’s stuck.

Nice efficient condo!

Great location. It was nice to have a garage space and extra entrance by the garage. More room than other Angler Cove rentals that we’ve stayed in.

I chose to check out VRBO to see what I could find. I found a condo on Marco Island that fit our price range and was available the dates we needed. Though the condo was a bit older, it had two levels, walk out to the pool and hot tub. And there was a restaurant and Tiki Bar a few steps away on the marina. It was perfect.

March 2018 Stay

Don’t need to wait to applaud our rental company. Just want to say thank you in advance. Any question was answered immediately. Any minor hiccups were addressed more than promptly. Everyone (i didn’t get names) was sweet, professional and personal. My friend at the front desk was a beautiful addition to a perfect stay. My kids loved their downstairs “cabana”. We will return to this company because of the service over the great value and comfortable accommodations. Thank you from team Griswold.

January 2020 Stay

The condo was awesome. Great location and very nice pools and hot tubs. Well kept facility. Only downside was the construction that they were doing above us. They started at 7am three different mornings and went all day! Would definitely recommend this condo to others though. Marco Vacation group is awesome to work with too.

January 2018 Stay

my husband and I stayed for a week and enjoyed the whole experience. The room was bigger then expected and stocked with anything you could think of The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need. The tiki bar was one of my favorite places on the whole island good food and reasonable prices.

Property was way overpriced based on prior rentals on Marco. No washer dryer, dishwasher or adequate refrigerator. Would not recommend for this price.

All about the experience...

Fresh, great people! Exactly what we needed!! The pool is the best part of the facility LOVE that’s it’s deep and large! Plenty close to lots of stuff and definitely within walking distance of everything we needed!!

My Marco island vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The building is a little older but the size of the room was bigger then expected and it is stocked with anything you could possibly need. Kitchen is so we'll stocked you could make a big meal. The pool was big and heated the hot tub was great. The tiki bar is directly behind it and has amazing food and good drink prices. The only thing I wish there were outside grills to use.

The noise from elevator makes it impossible to wake up late. The bathrooms need to be updated.

The downstairs bathroom was nicely upgraded and having the downstairs finished with tile & enclosed keep place cooler and cleaner. The location was fantastic. Having the tiki bar within walking distance was fabulous ( we had friends visit from Tampa & Bonita Springs ). Downstairs furniture was upgraded . The Marco Island Vacation Properties is awesome we will be using them all the time!

Reviewer Comments: we enjoyed our time on Marco and found this property well located for walking to restaurants, shopping and the farmers' market. The property was clean and well maintained. This 2-story condo has some advantages such as walkout access to the pool, 2 bathrooms, and covered parking; however, the small screened deck area and tight spiral staircase to the lower level, are not ideal. The biggest drawback to this unit is that it is next to the elevator which can be clearly heard every time it's in use.
