Our group enjoyed our bachelorette get together to celebrate my dearest friend. The property is quiet, private, and full of picturesque views. The beds and pillows and blankets were incredibly comfortable in every room. Every space in the house from rooms to bathrooms to living areas was super spacious and easy to share amongst our crowd. The home is clean, well maintained, thoughtfully decorated and provides lovely amenities. Our two “complaints” were that the online listing and special instructions from finger lakes premier properties were not all that accurate for the house. They need to list specifically what amenities and provisions are available for the property because we way overpacked on things like toilet paper, soap, garbage bags, dishes and silverware, cookware and our own water crafts like paddle boards for just a 2 night stay. We wish we could’ve known specifically what bogies place had to offer before we showed up with all this stuff! Especially since carpooling was important. Our second complaint was the trash area. We arrived on Friday night and found that trash day was Saturday morning which is fine, we didn’t have any trash yet so we didn’t pull the garbage bins out. By Saturday evening when we finally had a bag to take out to the bins, we were shocked to see that the garbage area was overflowing from the previous guest. It would’ve been nice for this to be cleaned up and cleared out by management before our arrival or if management could’ve come Friday evening to take out the previous guests bins so they got picked up. It didn’t affect the quality of the stay as the trash area is quite removed and hidden from the rest of the property but it was a big unsightly shock.
