This was a perfect place to stay. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean and had a great view. Everything went smoothly - great communication and easy to check in and out. Would definitely come back for our next trip to Maui!

We loved staying here. Everything was great and as expected. It’s a prime location where you could walk to get coffee or grab a bite. One note is that the A/C does not cool below 70 degrees but it hasn’t been that big of an issue for us. They have been very responsive and helpful. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Glorious ocean view

This place is even more beautiful than the pictures. Close to the best beaches and restaurants on Maui. Spend a week surrounded by the blue expanse and rhythm of waves. You won't regret it.

Great condo

Super clean and had everything we needed to enjoy my little vacation with 2 teens. They played in the pool and snorkeled in the ocean right outside the property. Convinently llcated, Overall we had a great time.

Beautiful location

We loved staying in this condo with views of ocean and sunset. You could hear the ocean waves day and night. It was amazing. It was well maintained and had all the things you need to cook, enjoy the beach and area. We appreciate the owners taking extra mesures to make things confortable. We were able to explore the island during the day and come back to relax in the pool before having dinner and enjoying the subset from balcony. We even had our breakfast out there. We saw sea turtles swimming along the shore from the balcony! if you are looking for a quiet relaxing place to stay. This is it! And the hosts are easy to work with The staff at Royal Kanana are friendly and helpful.

Relaxing in paradise!

Beachfront experience

Royal Kahana 714 has a great oceanfront location. It’s ideal if you want to see the ocean / listen to the ocean / be 20 steps from the sand. It’s 9 minutes to Napili Bay, which has lots of sea turtles. We recommend driving north to Kapalua for incredible views.

This property met all our needs for our Maui vacation. The owners have decorated the condo beautifully with all the necessities we needed for our nine day trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect home base!

Whether chilling by the pool, going on excursions or hitting the beaches and shopping, the rooms are great in location and cleanliness. The owners are very easy to work with and we would stay here again. Beautiful view of the sunsets!

One bedroom condo oceanfront view, perfect location

This condominium is located in a perfect location, centralized to everything on the west coast of Maui. Walking distance to restaurants and shops and just a 10 to 15 minute drive to more populated areas. Waterfront property allowed us to whale watch while having breakfast. Would recommend to others looking to enjoy sunsets from a balcony

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Location on the 7th floor was superb. The listing said the pool was heated - it was colder than the ocean and not comfortable to be in for very long. The BBQ grills were tricky to work and went out now and again, BUT the staff was right there to help and were very friendly. Don was very communicative and helpful. We were very satisfied with the experience and would definitely return.

Royal Kahana Mauii

This unit is very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We sat out on the lanai to enjoy the view every mornings and evenings. We would stay here again when we visit Mauii.

Convenient condo on the ocean

The condo had everything we needed to make a week stay comfortable and enjoyable. The view of the ocean from the balcony is as pictured. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable and the pullout was decent. There were restaurants and grocery stores nearby. There were also some great beaches nearby. The owners were quick to reply to an email and the property desk was helpful. We would enjoy staying there again

Beware of pool time!

Perfect condo but I wouldn't stay again because this is one of those places where people "save" recliners around the pool by putting towels on them. Half were "saved" by 10am with no one on them. Most places don't allow this anymore.

Great vacation getaway.

We had a great time. The condo was well equipped with everything you might need and the location was close walking distance to several good restaurants and bars. The newly renovated swimming pool was a welcome relief from the heat and a great place to hang out. We would definitely stay here again.
