"We had a terrible experience at this property. When we got there with a baby and a 4 year old, the host said we can´t stay because kids were not allowed, she wasn´t even being nice and comprehensive, like if it was our fault.The expedia information said: kids welcome. She told us to cancel the booking, we agreed as long as she arrange a new place for us, at the end she didn´t so she said we can stay. "The property was as described. The owner herself was there at breakfast to greet us and make sure that we were comfortable and that are the breakfast items were available to us. It was a very pleasant stay and I would stay there again. She also let us store our luggage for free until it was time for our ferry."

"We had such a beautiful time at the White Elephant. There’s nothing that’s not taken care of. The staff is amazing. The cottages are beautiful. Anything we needed they helped us with. Perfect place to stay for a couple or a family."
