Enjoy the Ocean Breeze on the Deck Suite A

  • Welcome to the Ocean Breeze Condo by the Sea, located at the Pacific Shores Resort in Nanoose Bay. This ocean front resort is situated along the shores of Craig Bay and features extravagant sunsets, mountain views, and is surrounded by the beauty of west coast nature.

    Ocean Breeze Condo by the Sea is a privately owned condo and located on the 4th floor of the Creekside building. The condo accommodates up to 2 guests and is suitable for short or long term stays.

    Welcome to Ocean Breeze Suite A.

    This is the only suite in the building equipped with a heat pump, offering refreshing air conditioning to keep you cool all summer long.

    This suite is available for long term rental during the off season, please contact us for available dates and rates.

    The suite has air conditioning and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people. Your stay includes access to the resort amenities. There are pool towels in the suite for guests to use.

    This one bedroom suite is fitted with a king bed. The bathroom that doubles as an ensuite has his & her sinks, a jacuzzi tub and a stand alone shower. The bathroom offers a privacy door to separate the bathroom from the bedroom. Bathroom essentials are provided: shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

    The living room features a fireplace, Smart TV, and pictures windows with gorgeous views of the ocean and the westcoast surroundings. Guests can enjoy year-round access to the covered deck from the living room. The deck is furniture with 4 outdoor chairs and a patio table.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with standard size appliances to allow guest to cook and dine in. Complimentary coffee and sugar are provided. Guest can enjoy their meals at the dining table that can double as a work space for those guests working mobile.

    Guests are welcome to use the In-suite washer/dryer. Complimentary laundry detergent is provided.

    If you are looking for accommodate up to 4 people,
    Suite (A) can be combined with the adjoining suite (B) which offers a 1 room hotel style suite with a king size bed and a full bathroom. Suite B comfortably sleeps 2 people. Please contact us for more details.

    RESORT FEATURES:
    Indoor pool, sauna, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub and fitness center. *Please note that the pool is closed every 4th Monday for servicing.

    Indoor games room with ping pong and a pool table.

    Seasonal use of kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and retro style cruiser bikes.

    Children’s playground, outdoor kiddie pool and Rock Hot Tub. *Closed on Thursdays 9-5 for servicing.

    Pickleball courts.

    Large lawn area and outdoor volleyball net.

    Common grilling stations. (4 stations).

    Ocean facing patio deck with two gas fire tables.

    Access to walking trails, beautiful gardens with several ponds and shoreline access.

    244 A is located on the 4th floor of the Creekside Building.

    Suite 244 A has a private entrance.

    Guests will use a keyless entry system for self check-in and check-out

    Guests will recieve a custom door code on the day of arrival.

    Guests can use the stairs or the elevator to access the suite.

    The parkade is located across from the Creekside building; parking is free there is no assigned parking. Oversize parking is located in the gravel parking lot at the entrance of the Resort.

    Guests staying at Pacific Shores resort have access to resort amenities such as pools, beach areas, and seasonal equipment (e.g., kayaks, paddleboards). Please note that these amenities are operated and managed directly by the resort. While they are typically available during peak seasons, we do not have control over their hours, availability, or operating decisions. We recommend checking with the resort directly if certain amenities are a key part of your plans.

    244 A is managed by Lemon Tree Housekeeping & Vacation Home Property Management.

    Guests will correspond with the Host and members from the Guest Services Team through their booking channel messaging system.

    IMPORTANT NOTE:
    The condo is privately owned and not associated with the resort. Please contact the Host during your stay for all inquiries.

    No Smoking or Vaping:
    Smoking, vaping, or cannabis use is not permitted inside the condo or on the deck. These activities are allowed only in designated smoking areas on resort property.

    Please refrain from playing loud music on the deck to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

    As this is part of a shared resort building, you may occasionally hear sounds from neighboring suites or the B-side.

    No Pets Permitted.

    Food & Drink:
    Guests are kindly asked to take all leftover food and beverages with them upon departure.

    Shellfish Policy:
    Live shellfish are strictly prohibited in the building. Guests who violate this rule will be subject to fines as per strata regulations.

    Pool Towels:
    Pool towels are provided in the suite for your convenience. The front desk does not supply pool towels to guests.

    Amenity Keycard:
    The amenity keycard must be returned to the suite before check-out. If the card is not returned, a $200 replacement fee will be charged. Please note that the front desk does not issue or replace amenity keycards.
    - Please do not wear your shoes inside the suite.
    - Please be reminded that this property is non-smoking, please do not smoke or vape inside or on the patios.
    - All trash and recyclables are to be removed from patio please.
    - Noise bylaws are in effect between 10pm to 8am, please respect the neighbours
    - No live shellfish is allowed inside the suite. If you go shellfishing, do not leave remnants of shells or shellfish on the property. Please return the shells to the beach or take them with you. If there are remnants of shellfish on the property, you will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
    - If you have a pet accompanying you during your stay, please pick up after them and don`t leave their waste in the yards. Pets must be on leash outdoors.

    When checking-out, please remember to,
    - Start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes
    - Start a load of towels in the washer
    - Please return the amenities key card to the counter
    - If you used the pull-out couch, remove the bed sheets and mattress cover and re-assemble couch.
    - Please put used towels in the bathtub.
    - Take the garbage and recycling to the commercial bin located beside the parkade. Liquor bottles, beer cans, soda cans go in the commercial bin as well.
    - Sign out of your Netflix account.
    - Please take any left-over food with you when checking out of the house.
    - Upon departure, turn off all the lights inside the suite, close and lock windows and doors, and turn off the fireplace. Turn off fans and turn down the heat.

    Please let us know when you check out and the cleaning team can get ready for the next guest.
