Coastal Garden Hideaway

  • Welcome to Coastal Garden Hideaway at Pacific Shores Resort in beautiful Nanoose Bay. This walk-out garden suite sits along the peaceful shoreline of Craig Bay with lovely ocean and coastal surroundings. The condo-style suite features 1 bedroom and a queen pull-out sofa, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, it opens to a relaxing garden space and offers a cozy place to unwind. Guests also enjoy access to the resort amenities including the pool and hot tub.

    Welcome to Coastal Garden Hideaway, Suite A. This suite is available for long term rental during the off season, please contact us for available dates and rates.

    This newly renovated 1 bedroom suite with a pull-out queen bed is located on the ground floor and features coastal garden views and a peek-a-boo ocean view of Craig Bay. The picture windows fill the space with natural light creating a warm, welcoming space that instantly feels like a place to settle in and stay awhile.

    The suite is pet friendly and one well behaved dog is welcome to stay.

    The suite can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people; 1 queen bed and a queen pull-out bed.

    Your stay includes access to the resort amenities: pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness centre, shared BBQs, and fire tables.

    Pool/beach towels are stored in the suite for guests to use during their stay.

    This one bedroom suite is fitted with a queen bed and dressed in hotel inspired linens.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with standard size appliances to allow guests to cook and dine in. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining room table that can double as a work space for guests working mobile.

    The coffee machine is a 12 cup brew with carafe and regular brew coffee and sugar are provided.

    The living room features a fire place, Smart TV, and a pull-out sofa. Enjoy peek a boo ocean views of Craig Bay from the picture windows.

    The bathroom doubles as an ensuite and features a walk-in shower; no bathtub. The bathroom offers a privacy door to separate the bathroom from the bedroom. Bathroom essentials are provided: shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

    Guests can enjoy year-round access to the walk-out patio from the living room. The patio is furnished with 4 outdoor chairs and a table.

    Guests are welcome to use the in-suite washer/dryer and laundry detergent provided.

    RESORT FEATURES:
    Indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center. *The pool is closed every 4th Monday for servicing.
    Children`s playground, outdoor kiddie pool, and rock hot tub.
    *Closed on Thursday 9-5 for servicing.

    Games room with ping pong and a pool table.

    Seasonal use of kayaks, paddleboards and cruiser bikes.

    Pickleball courts.
    Large lawn area and outdoor volleyball net.

    BBQ stations. (4 total)

    Ocean facing public deck with gazebo and 2 fire tables.

    Walking trails, beautiful gardens with several ponds and shoreline access.

    714 A has a private entrance.

    Guests will use a keyless entry system for self check-in and check-out.

    Guests will receive a custom door code on the day of arrival.

    Parking: There is free parking under the building or in the gravel parking lot adjacent to the building. There is no assigned parking.

    Guests staying at Pacific Shores resort have access to resort amenities. Please note that these amenities are operated and managed directly by the Resort. While they are typically available during peak seasons, we do not have control over their hours, availability, or operating decisions. We recommend checking with the Resort directly if certain amenities are a key part of your plans.

    Suite 714 A is managed by Lemon Tree Housekeeping & Vacation Home Property Management. We offer long term stays.

    Guests will correspond with the Host and with members from the Guest Services Team through their booking channel messaging system.

    IMPORTANT NOTE:
    The condo is privately owned and not associated with the resort. Please contact the Host during your stay for all inquiries.

    No Smoking or Vaping:
    Smoking, vaping, or cannabis use is not permitted inside the condo or on the deck. These activities are allowed only in designated smoking areas on resort property.

    Please refrain from playing loud music on the deck to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

    Noise Notice:
    As this is part of a shared resort building, you may occasionally hear sounds from neighbouring suites.

    Food & Drink:
    Guests are kindly asked to take all leftover food and beverages with them upon departure.

    Pet Policy:
    One well-behaved dog (maximum 22 inches at the shoulder) is welcome per group.
    A $150 pet fee applies.
    Pets must not be left unattended in the suite.
    Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture.

    Shellfish Policy:
    Live shellfish are strictly prohibited in the building. Guests who violate this rule will be subject to fines as per resort regulations.

    Pool/Beach Towels:
    Towels are provided in the suite for your convenience. The front desk does not supply towels to guests.

    Amenity Keycard:
    The amenity keycard must be returned to the suite before check-out. If the card is not returned, a $200 replacement fee will be charged. Please note that the front desk does not issue or replace amenity keycards.

    Supplies:
    A few basic supplies are provided to get you started on your stay.

    Access to the mail box is not available to guests.
