" Beautiful, clean, charming bed & breakfast with warm and welcoming hosts whom could not do enough to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Stunning views from balcony over looking Balinyup and verandah surrounding the home lush with greenery, roses and flowers and comfy sitting areas. We did not utilize beautiful lounge, tv, games area with large tv and warm fire as we had a music festival to attend. Most comfiest bed and lovely thoughtful touches in bedroom and ensuite.
