The house has plenty of space for a large group. It is well maintained and all the bedrooms have comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. With two separate areas with TVs it is easy enough to entertain in both rooms. The large open space between the kitchen and the living room give plenty of space for kids to play/watch TV while cooking in the kitchen. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and there is a good park with a play area in walking distance. The pool was closed while we were there but there is also a community pool. We were in town for a wedding so we had family plus our grandsons staying with us and it was perfect. With five bedrooms and 3.5 baths there is also a lot of flexibility.

Great place to stay

The home was beautiful! Much bigger in size than I anticipated from the listing. The park and pool are very close by and overall great neighborhood aside from the neighbor that loves loud music that rattles the windows. The host communicated very well. The couple things to note is if you are planning on cooking in the kitchen it is very scarcely stocked. There are 2 dollar store mixing bowls, dinner plates, bowls, glasses and utinsels for 8 people. A few small pots and pans and that truly is about it. There was no shampoo, conditioner or bath soap in the bathrooms. No broom to sweep the floor or dish soap to wash dishes. If you come prepared with your own toiletries and don't plan to do much cooking its a great place to stay. Overall, I would stay here again. I will just be more prepared next time.

Perfect Family Home!

We shared this house with my brother and his family. There were 4 adults, 6 teens & a pre-teen.The house was perfectly laid out, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all! The kitchen and living areas were great areas to gather, the game console was a huge hit with my teenage boys.The neighborhood was quiet, with nice walking paths and the pool and playground were nearby. Shopping and grocery stores were a quick 10-15 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful home. It was set up perfect for 3 different families. It was perfect to have 3 full size bathrooms. The floor plan is so open, it allows for everyone to visit and relax.

FANTASTIC

This is a stunning property in a beautiful neighborhood and is centrally located for all of the Nampa, Caldwell and Boise activities during our niece’s wedding week. We had a lot of fun with the gaming table and there was plenty of room for all 9 people! Communication was very good with the property owners and I would definitely highly recommend!

Our Stay

Very clean. Just a couple of gripes that can be easily remedied. This a five bedroom home with a very small drip coffee maker; a full size one would be more accommodating. The selection of pots and pans is very limited for a home of this size as well. Otherwise it was great. Thanks

The house was a great place to lay our heads at night after Wrestling the entire day at the Ford Idaho facility! The house had very limited dishes and cooking supplies. Limited extra blankets and we did expect 15 gaming systems but found only two. Aside from that it was definitely a five star rental and we would happily come back.

Game room house review

In town for wedding with children and grandchildren. There were 6 adults and 4 children in our group. The house was ok but lacked some amenities. No Bar-B-Q. There was only a set of 8 cups, plates,coffee cups and silverware, coffee maker way too small for the size of the house. They had pots and pans but no measuring cups, baking dishes and very few utensils. We left baggies, foil, saran wrap and disposable baking dishes that we bought. Make sure to bring paper plates and cups if you plan on eating and your party is over 8 people. House was clean, and neighbor was fine and close to shopping. children enjoyed the playroom. laundry room was well stocked. house and

Perfect Place and Brand New

This place by Kacey & Tiffanie was great! Very close to the Ford Idaho Center and close to tons of other things. The pool was perfect and within walking distance. We will be back I’m sure!

Perfect family vacation rental

We loved staying here! It is close to stores, is in a new, safe neighborhood with walking paths and a gorgeous community pool. We came to Idaho for a wedding during a heat wave, so us AZ people loved the pool. The home was spotless, which made this germaphobe very comfortable and at ease. I’ve never been so comfortable and trusted the cleanliness of a rental like I did here. I would recommend some ceiling fans for the hot summer, but we made do with some from Costco. Communication was easy and owners were quick to respond. Digital game table was super fun for the whole family. The kids loved having a hang out space in the loft, and the older teen loved a quiet room downstairs. Lots of drop zones and hooks for purses and shoes. Bathroom was stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, q-tips, etc. I was so relieved to not have to run to the store the first night there. It was clean and nice and I knew we could use the products no problem:) Everything was great! We will definitely come here next year:)

Salmon Basketball Team.

House was amazing. Love the neighborhood. This is the second time we’ve had a VRBO in this neighborhood for our Basketball Tournament at COI. We would definitely stay here again and hopefully it’s open next year. House was very big to accommodate a team of 10 and 2 coaches. The team loved it and the pool. I like to run in the mornings and it’s such a great neighborhood to run in. Look forward to next year.
