Pretty much a great week. One issue we had was we lost hot water for two days. I understand these things happen but I was not getting updates from the property mgmt team and had to continue calling them to get a response. With this we couldn't shower or do dishes the last day we were there. I felt an offer of a credit would have been nice but received not even an 'I'm sorry for the inconvenience' message
